A unique property with a great host who went the extra distance with things like snacks, fruit, juice in the fridge. Even homemade cookies for the young ones.

We loved this property and the very friendly host. Great location, wonderful welcome cheese platter, and an absolutely lovely host. Highly recommended for a stay at Phillip Island.

This accommodation was cozy, the courtyard with all the flowers was lovely, cheeseboard was a good touch and the living area and bathroom was spaceous vs motel rooms. Not that central in terms of location but it was quiet and host was very nice and accommodating.

Anne met us when we reached, she was so lovely and warm, she explained everything we needed to us. Her home was inviting and so cozy, you will enjoy it even more if you love flowers and plants! It's very near the Nobbies and Penguin Parade too! Thank you Anne for such an amazing experience.

Anne was a lovely host with plenty of tips for things to see and do on the island. The accommodation was comfortable and separate spaces meant my teens had some privacy as well. Thanks Anne

Anne is an amazing host and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The owner was one of the most generous and caring hosts and that we have met. The bed main double bed is in the open plan lounge kitchen and the second bedroom is separate from the unit so a bedsit with a separate bedroom is a more accurate description. It is ideal for a couple. The unit was also a bit dusty, and would have benefitted from a good once-over

The place had a lovely homely feel.

Anne is a great host. The cheese board and snacks provided were amazing. She had extra chair pads and blankets to take to the Penguin parade. It was the cleanliness in the courtyard, around the windows and the spiders in almost every room that let her down.

Anne has a wonderful property and was so warm and welcoming located only a half hour stroll to the centre of Cowes. We will try to stay with Anne next time we are on Phillip Island.

Great location and picturesque outdoor setting to relax after your journey. Anne was warm and hospitable and took care to make you feel welcome with a cheeseboard, snacks and lovely toiletries. Would definitely stay again.

Ann is a very nice host. She made us a welcome cheese board with a wide variety of cheese and pickled food. She reminded us to book the ticket for the penguins early in this peak season. She was right. The "sold out" signs were all along the way. Lucky that we listened to her. Ann got us cushions and rugs, too. The hot shower was heavenly after being in the wind 3 hours waiting for the penguins. Just one thing, the wifi was a bit weak. But it let us focusing on what we should had enjoyed, not the phone.

We had a great time at Anne’s property. Anne is so friendly and kind, she even prepared a delicious cheese platter and there was plenty of snacks. Great location for going to see the penguins. The property manager is absolutely wonderful, very kind, helpful, generous and most patient. She kept us accurately informed to help us prepare for our trip and stay and gave us cushions and blankets to keep us warm whilst we waited for the little penguins to arrive at the penguin parade. Her property is clean, spacious and beautifully done and has lots of activities to keep you entertained if you wish to stay indoors. We will definitely return again. Thank you so much Anne. Anne, the property owner is a charming and wonderful person who really looks after you in great detail. The rooms were all clean and really good. The owner provides whatever things you want at any time. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay at Philip island. The maximum number would be 4 persons at this place but you will absolutely love this place. I highly recommend this place and you will the love the person also. Thanks.

Very happy with everything

Casablanca Phillip Island was perfect for my family for a night away. In a quiet part of the island not far from Cowes, the unit was absolutely charming. We were made to feel so welcome. Anne is the perfect host. Highly recommend

The stay at Anne's was as incredible as she is. So welcoming, amazing and nothing was too much bother for her. She gave us the inside info on the penguins plus cushions and blankets. This lady is one in a million and we are so very grateful for her hospitality!

What a peaceful and delightful place to stay. The host Anne, was very welcoming and seemed to attend to every wish (we did not demand!) we could have dreamed up. We arrived to fresh fruit, munchies in a basket, fruit juice and a freshly made antipasto platter. The shower was much better than our home one. Cy and Xanda

Anne was lovely, warm, informative & made us feel very welcome.

This tranquil little home stay style facility was special. The courtyard is lovely, the walking distance to Cowes is a nice 30 min walk, and the surrounds were sleepy. Possums don't mind dropping over to dash across the roof at night, but the host preps you for that. The best thing by far is the kind, friendly host who generously prepares the room for you with some thoughtful provisions and makes you feel very welcome. Definitely returning. :)

Anne is the perfect host: warm, welcoming and very accommodating, has great suggestions for outings and restaurants, on arrival Anne provided her infamous cheese plate and snacks. A courtyard separates the main home and Anne left us to enjoy our weekend away. Although we would have enjoyed her company too! The accomodation was great for 4 friends, just need to be good friends to share the double bed 😜 Each morning we were welcomed by the local Magpies, trying for a second brekky. (Don’t be conned, Anne had already fed them in her yard) The home is very clean, the courtyard furniture just needed a wipe down and insect spray before we settled in. The street has courteous neighbours too. We will be back soon - great part of Victoria Thank you Anne 🦋

We only had one night here but we had a great stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. Anne was superb throughout - texted us beforehand to check when and we had a very nice warm welcome and she was great for providing tips. A really nice communal area too
