My family and I loved the fact that it made us feel like we were at home we had a long stay and it was nice to be able to relax and cook meals!

The mattresses were a little hard for my family and I’s liking which made sleep the first few nights some adjusting to get use to due to the firmness of the mattresses.

I liked the location and “not noisy” area.

Property was broken down (elevator did work and the gate was broken) Management did not provide proper instruction and towed my car. Furniture made noisy when you use it (beds squeaks, table broken down, lamp did not function) Not so clean, I had to work clean the drainage. It was stuck when I got there.

Good location. Safe place. Nice apartment. However the pool was green and dirty. Everything else was super nice.

The walk from the assigned elevator to the car spot we were assigned. Elevators take a while to get to you too.

location in SMU area super easy to downtown and plenty of food nearby walking.

Throughout the hallway it smelt like trash, so the scent wasn’t pleasant every time I would leave and come back to our room. Once that is fixed everything will be much better all in all!! :)

I didn’t like that even though I told the customer service multiple times my situation about me being pregnant and my husband having a medical condition not to move us from our unit we where planning on stayin till our apartment is ready for move in , they had no sympathy and did not work with us to let us extend our stay for a couple months , I told them our pay arrangement and how would pay on certain dates due to the dates we get paid they didn’t care kept putting our unit out for availability instead of notating the account that it was to be taken . now I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant having to do all the moving by myself since my husband is sick . as far as I know as long as someone is staying at a property the hotel or management does not put that place for availability incase the client wants to extend .
