strategic in the area

the address was not clear, it didn’t show the details and make me look around. the direction should be CLEAR. which tower, which building, the name of the building. Oakwood has many building.

it’s pristine, new and has a great location

you’re paying for the clean feel, but it’s overpriced. also no good view of the sea in many rooms

I am travelling with a 2 kids( 7 & 9 Yrs ) and my husband . We order studio apartment ,the studio apartment not suitable for family of 4 but if I take 2 studio apartment I cant just leave my kids by its self in separate studio apartment . They should have a family room to accommodate family with a young kids .

Facilities are not clean.. than other Oakwood. Location.. very not convenient.

Bedding is very comfortable. Room is spacious. Kitchen is very clean. Hot water runs very well.

The shower in the second bathroom is leaking badly.

For the location it could have been better if the Apartment hotel's name is in the Grab maps as Oakwood residences. It is named as something else. Quite confusing.

Bed quality is good.

Many things that did not meet the 5-star expectations. I have stayed at Oakwood Megakunningan many times - which is exceptional. This one fell way way short. Property maintenance is bad. The drainage in the shower was bad - water flowed out of the shower cubicle. Bath towels are rough, more like those found in 3 or at most 4 star hotels. Light switch control is poor - I couldn't find the light switch for the bed headboard and had to sleep with that light on. Coffee machine capsules not replenished - only 1 capsule out of 4 slots when i checked in. Forget about cable TV channels - very very limited choices. I am shocked this qualifies as 5-star. I have stayed in Swissotel and Mercure in PIK, this is the first time I am trying Oakwood. Never again - for that price.
