Modern and very clean. Great choices for breakfast and a nice range of products in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and lovely hosts. Loved the spa and a great location.

The continental breakfast was all that we could ask for and more.

room was very nice, well appointed and comfortable. the room was warm via the heat pumps. A great continental breakfast, BBQ was handy and of course a quick dip in the spa. we enjoyed a run along the beach in the morning

the kitchen and bathroom are shared, we were lucky enough to not have anyone else staying at the same time, so we had it to ourselves, but depending on who you are sharing with it could be a bit annoying. We had an issue with the lights that came on randomly, the hosts were apologetic about not getting our messages, and offered a free nights stay.

Hosts were exceptional and even provided the most thoughtful and delicious German Easter breakfast. Was so appreciated. They also provided space for our bikes in the garage and were so friendly and welcoming that we really felt like family. The accomodation was in a separate wing of the beautiful house and was so well appointed with tasteful decor and electronic gizmos. Truly a very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The shower took a few tries to understand the electronic controls but once learnt - it was awesome. The property was quite a way out of town which meant a long bike ride to get there and back but the terrain was easy as.

Prefect location for visiting the Napier area. Easy to find, great facilities, awesome spa pool and there was a kitten!!! 💃
