Heated pool, hot tub, spacious for 8 of us, comfortable beds, powerful hot showers, fans provided for bedrooms and property is alarmed. Great outdoor sunny and shaded area with table and chairs and padded cushions on sun loungers. Maintenance guy arrived in 20 minutes when we had a problem with locking a door. We were given a late checkout as we had an evening flight which was a huge bonus for us. Would definitely recommend and return to this villa.

Ideally you need a car if you are shopping for 8 people as the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute walk away but we knew this before booking.

the pool and space was amazing , it was warm and clean, the staff tried there best.

the air con didn’t work which meant the house was too hot to sit in. the hot tub was old and didn’t really work so shouldn’t be advertised as included.

whilst advertise as an air conditioned property there was only air conditioning in the living room and not the bedrooms. overall the property could do with a little maintenance, this also applies to the pool and hot tube

Great size villa, especially if you have teens. The basement has two bedrooms, ensuite, TV, ping pong, air hockey table and outside area. Upstairs had a good sized living area and plenty of space around the pool and hot tub. We one slight issue and the host had it sorted with an hour. Excellent host.

+ Good bed mattresses + space + table tennis and air hockey in the basement + sheets and towels were provided + beautiful old cactuses in the garden (watch your kids!) + plenty of kitchen utensils (toaster, microwave, etc..)

- there is an active construction site right in the neighborhood (7:30 the drilling starts) - older house, also pool, jacuzzi - everything needs a total refurbishment - everything else needs to be bought (hand soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher tablets, etc..) - you definitely need a car to go to the beach (or 20 minutes walking) - if occupied by more people, some will have to sleep in the basement with no windows (6 beds ground floor, 4 (+2?) basement)

To Great location, less than 5 minute drive to playa blanca strip. House is immaculately clean, loads of space and pool is lovely. This is a great place to relax and recharge, with plenty of places for a night out nearby. Highly recommend a stay here.

although great for us as there were only 6 people think it would be hard to cater for more due to kitchen size

Lovely spacious villa with comfortable beds and great showers. Pool and outdoor space was great too. Really helpful and responsive owner. Fab break

The only minor downside was the 15-20min walk to shops and restaurants etc. Although it did give us the opportunity to walk off all the delicious food and cocktails we enjoyed 😁

Wifi didn’t work downstairs where there are two bedrooms

We loved the villa, the pool and the hot tub. The spacious outdoor space made it really comfy with lots of space for all of us. The older kids could hire scooters which gave them independance to nip into town. Hot water was plentiful and lots of clean towels. The beds were really comfy too.

Some of us found the floors really slippy so we used some towels as mats

the villa was spotlessly clean and pool and hot tub were lovely - any queries were quickly answered and communication was exceptional
