Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed at this property and we have mixed reviews. The suite layout was great and very spacious. Large bedrooms were a plus. Having multiple lanai’s was great and and afforded different views of the city and ocean. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches, everything walkable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. I suggest looking into another cleaning service. All 3 showers were dirty (hair and mold on 2 of the curtains). The carpets need cleaned and shampooed as evidence of the false eye lash we found on the floor. The couches are stained, one more heavily than the other. It was disappointing to see the lack of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen necessities. I’m on vacation and don’t want to think about the little things needed to cook (oil, salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc). I would have rather paid another $50/$60 for these basic items to be there. It’s the little things that matter. This hotel is fairly close to a hospital and we heard sirens (police/emergency vehicles) almost nonstop. Just something to be prepared for. All in all, this is a beautiful unit if more attention is made to the cleanliness of it.

Delightful location with comfortable layout and beautiful views. Numerous patches of mold and mildew in the bathrooms and kitchen and could use some updates as a rental. No instruction book for guests.

From the moment i stepped in, we were all blown away by the breathtaking view. The property was super clean, well equipped with everything we needed. This property is located in Ala Moana Hotel, which made everything super convenient. We were able to walk to Ala Moana Beach everyday, which is a beautiful beach, way less crowded than Waikiki Beach. It was also super convenient that there's Ala moana mall right next to the hotel, everything was within easy reach. Overall our stay at this place exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!!!

The front door doesn't open well with the carpet, the bathrooms all need updates. The shower heads / controls definitely needs to be replace. The toiletries also needs to be updated. We did not have any bath bars so we all had to use face / hand soap. It would be nice to have good toiletries. Doesn't have to be premium but normal quality would be nice. The unit should provide a starter kit of Hand/face soap for the sink, bath bars for the shower, shampoo and conditioner separately. Also the sink in the kitchen smelled pretty bad. The refrigerator seal is coming off. But other than that we love the unit and would love to book it again.

A lot bigger than anticipated which was great. The multiple balconies were a plus especially for the different views. Would recommend for a stay.

We turned a business meeting at the convention centre into a extended family get together with my two adult children. The suite was spacious and plenty for 3 people. There was a bit of a grease film in the stove/kitchen area and the kitchen did not have anything for basic condiments such as salt and pepper or cooking oil or anything so be prepared to buy everything if you plan on cooking at all in the unit. The hotel is well appointed with a very comfortable pool area for lounging and the beaches are just across the road. Amazing shopping is located right next to the hotel with some fun places for happy hour. Our favourite amenity was the Signature Steak House with an amazing Happy Hour and top floor view.

My family enjoyed this property. Very comfortable and location was perfect. We had other family and guest staying at this same location. Everyone one could gather easily on the premises. Shopping center next door is great. The views from this property is excellent. I’d recommend this property and also visit again. Thank you.

Having 3 full baths was amazing when it was time to get ready for outings. Only thing I would suggest is more trash bags. I get it about a starter kit but no one is thinking about trash bags. Other than that, everything went smooth and we had a great time!

A few minor hiccups on arrival. The unit was clean but a little dusty. The spaces were awesome. Bedrooms great. Outstanding location right next door to Ala Moana shopping centre. Multiple balconies giving great views. Furniture a little dated but overall great please to stay. If we return to Hawaii will definitely stay here again.

The most impressive part of this condo was its impressive views! For our party of 5 it was more than adequate. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses and utensils for our needs since we ate out for most meals. Our party was very comfortable there and took advantage of the 5 balconies. The location was perfect too as it was close but not too close as to get bogged down in Waikiki traffic and it was within walking distance of Ala Moana Beach Park. The largest outdoor mall in the country was conveniently located across the ramp from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and enough linens were provided. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again.

Good starting place for a lot of activities in Honolulu. 10 minutes walk to a beach, good for a swim in the evening after a day of activities. Rooms are clean and spacious, only the number of plates and cups is a bit low.

Had a great time! The room was nice and spacious and in very close proximity to the Convention Center. Hope we can reign next year!

The location is perfectly located. Close to the airport and easy access to all of our favorite spots. The size of the unit is great for our family, giving everyone adequate space for downtime or gathering together. We have stayed here multiple times and will come back again.

Lovely and spacious. All family members were able to interact and have their own bathrooms. The property have 5 balconies with amazing views and a full kitchen. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful, spacious and safe property.

Excellent stay, well equipped with everything we need including good quality rice cooker! Loved the multiple lanais. Spacious for great family dinner.

The actual hotel is very nice! The only thing that could be better are larger ironing boards. The tiny one that are there are incredibly small and both do not work properly. Besides that everything else was terrific! I'm actually going to help a friend with his hawaiian trip and I am highly recommending to him that he stay here for his time on Oahu. Perfect location for our family as we love Ala Moana Mall! That is our go to for meals and so nice to have the beach across the street! Updates make the lobby very nice and the 2 bedroom condo was spacious!

Lovely property. Was everything noted. We had a great vacation. Some minor issues including: Air condition didn’t seem cool enough at times. Internet not reliable for TV or work use. Frequently kicked off in the middle of work. Over all very nice place to stay!
