This house was perfect for our large family group. We had 14 people and everyone was comfortable. With outside temperatures in the upper 90’s the swimming pool was a welcome relief.

My college friends and I booked this property for our reunion trip. This is our 2nd Annual reunion after losing touch for over 30 years, and this property was perfect for us. The host was extremely responsive, and great to work with. We would definitely book again should our future plans include Florida!

We had a large bachelorette trip to this house and it was everything we could ask for and more! House is very large and rooms are all huge! Beds were so comfortable and house is well stocked! Very clean and amazing backyard space! Wish we got to stay longer! Owner was awesome and very responsive!

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The spaciousness of the property was awesome and is what made it perfect for our large family staying there. The outside areas are wonderful and the heated pool just perfect after chilly days during the week preceding our stay. Our host was a message away and responded to every question and/ or need. There were even members from out of town that inquired if this was a property ever for sale! We will not hesitate to stay at this property again if we need a BIG home away from home. We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place for our large family. This home was just right. It has plenty of room to spread out and relax, but also a wonderful great-room area for getting the whole family together. The pool area is very nice, clean and stocked with pool toys for the kids (including adult kids :) ). My son-in-law said that this was 'the best' VRBO he has ever stayed in! Thank you!

Property very clean and well maintained.

Pros: The property was clean. (The linens did have a bit of a dusty smell as if they had been sitting for a while without being washed... Not a "fresh" smell.) The drawers and cabinets were stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The rental was spacious and had more than enough sleeping accomodations. Furniture was cozy. Outside areas were neat and tidy, pool was warm, and we enjoyed the feel of privacy as there was a nice tall privacy fence surrounding most of the property. Location was desirable, close to shopping centers and beaches. Walking distance from the closest plaza. Air conditioning worked well. Excellent choice of interior decor. Cons: My elderly Mom and Aunt fell and injured themselves. This was because of the "dips"/sunken floors in both the living room and dining room, which I consider a huge safety hazard. It's not listed in the description. Had it been mentioned I would've chosen another rental. Water pressure was very poor in the bathrooms. Grill did not work. I planned on BBQ'ing and had to change plans last minute. Wasp's nest at the eve of the house under the deck was never fixed during our stay. I wasn't keen on the idea of letting your handyman inside the master suite at 8 AM while my mother in law and I were still sound asleep to access the nest. Several family members were allergic. Communication with the host seemed more one-sided, with me being the one to reach out to her the whole time. Not once did she message me with a "how is your stay?" Overall, I feel I'm being kind by offering a two star rating.

The house was beautiful and clean and so spacious! It easily accommodated all of us, which ended up being 15 of us. It was close to lots of stores, restaurants, and not far from Anna Maria Island. It wasn't far from Tampa or St. Petersburg. Close to beaches and has a warm neighborhood feel. The pool was great and well utilized by all of us. The backyard has a wonderful warm welcoming atmosphere that we all took time to relax in. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. We all agreed we would like to rent this home again in the future.

We had a great time at the house. It perfectly fit our multi family stay. Close to beaches and town. Would definatley would recommend.

I could not say enough good things about our experience at this property. The owner was wonderful with communicating all the way from the time of booking. The house itself is beautiful. The pictures look incredible, but seeing it in person took our breath away. Everything was immaculate and clean. Our stay there could not have been any better. We will be back for sure. We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous and the backyard and pool are great to hang out in. The house is family friendly, and even has many amenities for babies. The host was very quick in response to our questions. This house is also located close to some great beaches!

The house is very nice and big enough to fit 16 people comfortably. It is close to food shopping and the beach. Theresa was wonderful!! Quick to answer and got us everything we needed. We loved our stay!!

We were very pleased with the property. Sixteen of us ranging in ages from 3 to 70 years old. The house was plenty big for us to all have plenty of space. We enjoyed the backyard and the pool. Theresa was very kind and attentive to our needs during the stay. I definitely recommend for a Florida vacation!!

Theresa was phenomenal to work with and made everything so easy. Her quick communication was much appreciated and we all had a great time between going to the beach and coming back home to swim and hangout. The house was easy to get to and we all enjoyed our time!

Love this house for our large family…and for the variety of ages. Wish it were a little closer to the beach, but just a short drive! Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The pool was great!

It was clean and contained all the necessities. It housed our needs sufficiently as a group of seventeen. It was close enough to many attractions we were planning to see. A local park was great for the children.

We loved this place for our family vacation! The main floor has a beautiful large kitchen and open concept kitchen/dining/living room. We LOVED the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a close drive to stores etc. Everything about it exceeded our expectations!

Relaxing! Spacious ! Enjoyed time with family! Close to everything!

This home was perfect for my family and I (there were 17 of us). There was enough room to fit all of us comfortably throughout the house. The pool was awesome, it was hard to get my little ones out! The owner, Theresa, was very kind and easy to contact when needed. If we come back to Sarasota in the future, we will be booking here again!

Really liked the house but was not as clean as I expected. The oven was super dirty. The outside of the house and pool were also very dirty.

A nice beautiful home

We had several children and the home was set up to handle entertainment for each of them. The pool and outdoor space was greatly enjoyed daily. Drive to the beaches was fairly short minus a long weekend issues. Overall, the home was a perfect short, close getaway with friends and family. Thank you!
