Our Stay was wonderful in this property..it is super clean and the owner is more than wonderful..he was very courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant..thank you

We came here for a combined bachelorette and bachelor weekend. We had 6 people come, and it was plenty of room. The townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of amenities (washer/dryer, Keurig, cowgirl party hats, etc). It was about a 30 minute walk to Broadway so we Ubered (reasonably priced). We grilled on the rooftop every night. It’s a gorgeous view of the city. There are three flights of stairs so I would not recommend this place if stairs are an issue. It was the perfect group vrbo space, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Was easy to get to conference and enjoy downtown in the evenings.

Lincoln was very accommodating for our group with check in and check out times, the house was spotless and close to everything we needed. Lincoln was also very responsive to any messages we sent and our group had a great stay. 100% recommend this property to anyone!

The house was perfect for our group of 10. It was extremely clean with an awesome roof top patio overlooking downtown. The host had excellent communication getting back to me within minutes every time I had any questions. Overall it was a phenomenal experience and I would certainly recommend this property!

This property has an amazing view of the Nashville Skyline. Close enough to walk if need be but far enough to get out of the city noise. 45 min to walk to down town. Plenty of room we had 9 people sleep comfortably.

Me and my friends absolutely loved this place! The property manager was beyond kind! He was always available for questions and concerns and very accommodating when me and my friends got there early for check in! There was some left over trash on the roof deck when we arrived and a problem with a door knob but that didn’t take away from the amazing spring break we had here!

Our group of 10 (4 adults; 6 children) had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is extremely convenient to downtown attractions. The property was very clean and can comfortably accommodate a larger party. The kitchen was well appointed, and the rooftop deck was a blast. There is a playground too immediately behind the property, which we utilized with our young children. Lincoln (property manager) was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Our stay here was pretty good. The waterfall shower on the third floor has half of the holes where the water comes out clogged, and on the second floor, we couldn't have the fan on without the light on. It seemed like the remote didn't work either because we couldn't turn the speed down. Other than that it was a great stay!

This property was perfect in every way. The location is close to all your needs. But I have to say the best part is the communication and accommodation of the owner. 10/10!!!! I will absolutely be staying in this property the next time a come to Nashville!!!

Location was great for a quick Uber downtown. We never tried walking it. The house is clean, beautiful, and perfect for a group. The roof deck is a great place to hang out and see a view of the city. Lincoln was very responsive and very helpful with our requests. Definetly recommend!

Perfect stay
The 12 of us had a blast at Lincoln's property. It was clean, accurate to the photos, and in a great location. Lincoln was very helpful and communicative (thanks for the late checkout!). We walked, scootered, and Ubered to Broadway - all were great options. I highly recommend this property to any large group staying in Nashville.

Great place for gathering of old friends. Spent so much time on the rooftop patio. Just beautiful. Managers were very helpful throughout our stay and quick to respond to questions. Property just like the pictures!

Great Nashville Escape!
Stayed here for our annual boys trip. Great place and just as advertised. Redevelopment area and many other rentals around.
House was great with nice bedding and options for everyone to expand out. Be sure to check bathroom/shower config for your guest rooming.
We walked to downtown (15 - 20 mins) and some good food (best chicken fingers) right around the corner. And relaxing on the rooftop watching the night skyline was great.
Lincoln was very quick to respond and offer anything we needed.
Lastly, rental came with just the right amenities, towels, coffee, etc.

Amazing Property, Location, and Property Manager
We had a great stay with some family friends. The kids (ages 9-15) loved the layout and privacy they had in the bedrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, etc. Easy to Uber to all of the trendy Nashville neighborhoods. Lincoln was so easy to communicate with and went out of his way to help us find a missing item after we left! Highly recommend!

Of us for my daughters 21st bday. Condo was in a great location to downtown . Everything was perfect , clean, and easy. Highly recommend.

We rented this property for a girls weekend in Nashville, and it was worth it. It is in a great location to the Gulch (we walked one day) and the property has amazing rooftop views. There is also enough space throughout and this was the first VRBO that I have been to that has everything in the kitchen that you need to cook.Lincoln, was very responsive and accommodating to make sure that we were able to check-in smoothly and have a good weekend.
