The property was exactly as described and perfect for a family of 7

This place was a good stay for my family of 7. We had 5 kids all under 17years of age and they enjoyed the pool and gym. Checking in process was easy. Quite the walk from the parking spot to unit because the elevator right next to it was out of service. When we got into the unit, there was a strong smoke odor. We contacted the owners and they had the cleaning crew come out right away and do another round of cleaning but forsure those carpets needs replacement. Furnitures on balcony need some attention. Communication with owners was easy and he was quick to respond. There were broken things such as the bed frame, lamp switch, a frame (left exposed on the closet shelf), cabinet handles, patio light, and shower curtain rod. All were addressed to the owners upon arrival. Noise wise, it was a quiet area but did here upstairs unit if they were running and jumping in the unit. Location was a bit challenging to get into because it is right off the highway. One thing I find challenging was how the door unlocks itself if the handle is touched. So, it was a safety concern for me since I had little kids and their was only 1 lock on the door. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and the price was within our budget.

We are a large family and this hideaway was perfect for us. Close to the beach, nearby shopping, and excellent neighbors.

The property worked well for our family of 5 (Kids:1yr, 6yr,8yr). We loved the pool and the multiple bathrooms. The property needs some TLC. Lots of broken cabinet knobs. Needs new pots/pans and broken knives. Nothing big. One upsetting thing was no hand soap in the bathrooms. That is the first time I’ve encountered that with a vacation rental. One thing to note: at check out, we were cleaning and washing the towels. We were packed up and headed out the door at 11:10. 10 minutes after check out a man rang our door bell and asked if we’re were leaving. This is after I texted the 2 Numbers I had for the rental company explaining we were rotating the towels to the dryer and running a few minutes late. Well, we headed out then but the man hovered in the hallway until we all got out the door. It felt intimidating-the opposite of welcoming or thanking us for our stay with them. That was the Main complaint. All in all, the condo and the pool were a good space for our family. Would we chose to go back? Probably not do to feeling kicked out and intimidated after we spent the whole morning cleaning, doing laundry, taking out the trash, stripping beds, etc. all to make life easier for the cleaners-who we had a lovely interaction with at check in.

Some pillows smelled like sweat/BO. Place needs some maintenance - lots of miscellaneous items need repair - its been a rental for a while.

Worked good for a place to stay but not much area for lounging

Little things like broken lights and no bath soap add up to a less then great experience

The property was fine. The check in process wasn't quite as bad as some of the reviews, in terms of so much walking, but it wasn't entirely clear. I was given two numbers to call from the complex call box. The first number didn't answer when I called. A delivery driver let me into the secure complex as he left, so I didn't try the other number. The apartment was not a luxury apartment - there were a few cabinet fixtures that needed to be screwed in and there was not quite enough soap for all the bathrooms. The key fobs didn't allow access to the pool area and lounge/game room. Future guest will be set, as I got two new fobs from the complex office, that work great. But, we lost two days of possible pool time because it took so long for the management to tell me to go to the complex office - I wasn't able to ask via their system on my phone - I had to wait till I was back in the unit and ask with my laptop. Then, the response came from someone in a very different time zone, much later than was useful. But the place was pretty convenient and had enough beds for my family, so it worked fine.
