This is a really well stocked unit. I have stayed in plenty and of places at the Brass Rail, and this one s by far the best unit. Great furniture, cute decor, fully stocked. Easy communication with owner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brass Rails. Very convenient location to shops and restaurants. We didn't rent a car and most things were walkable. Marsha was a great and attentive host. Travelled with 6 women so having three bathrooms was a plus. We will be back :)

Our stay was fantastic!! The condo is well-stocked from the kitchen and bathrooms to the laundry and beach gear. It is perfectly located at less than a block from the beach and shops. We had an issue with one of the showers not having any hot water but the property owners were quick to respond and had their repairman there to fix it the same day. We enjoyed playing cards on the covered patio after a fun day at the beach and pool!

The property was clean and spacious and exactly as advertised. Marsha was very responsive when I contacted her with a question. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

This was a fantastic property and experience for our group of five. There were two adults and three teens. The property is amazing. Very clean. All the amenities of home. The view is over the pool and hot tub. Everything is easily accessible. Parking is great in the garage. A big plus is the elevator that is right next to the parking spot. It serves a total of six condos on three floors. You’re not sharing with tens of people. It drops you off at the door of the rental. At the time of our visit, the city of Tybee had an issue with its public water. I mention this to note that the owner, Marsha, was fantastic about keeping us informed. Communication with her was concise, informative, and simple. By far the easiest I’ve experienced anywhere. Only pet peeve of the trip is remembering three separate codes for door entries: main gate for vehicles, gates for foot traffic, and condo code. Put it in your phone, and you’re good. This does not diminish or disappoint anything about our trip. Beautiful place and well worth the cost.

I have stayed at quite a few Brass Rail condos over the years this condo by far had the best bed mattresses the best selection of pots and pans,the best furniture and even had good thick toilet paper 🤗you will not go wrong renting this condo and the hostess was great at answering our questions, we definitely will be back!

Hands down the best experience you could ask for. This Beau condo in the beach in the heart of everything was perfect for 7 girls. We loved having all the necessities in the condo And only had to provide our own food. Thank you Marsha! We hope to return soon! Love Tybee Island!

I have booked several vacation rentals in the past and this has been our best experience by far. The location is awesome (short walk to the beach), the pool/amenities were not crowded at all, and the condo itself was very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio/balcony. It had everything you could ever need to have a comfortable stay. We brought supplies that previous rentals did not have and ended up not needing any of it! We were most impressed by how hospitable and responsive Marsha was. We had a family emergency and she was very compassionate and flexible. We hope to stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and area restaurants. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs available for our use. Having access to a pool was great for our family because the ocean was not always the best swimming option for us. The condo itself was clean and large, and we would definitely stay again.

As first time visitors to Tybee we made a great decision to stay at this terrific condo. The pictures accurately show the space, and the location to the beach is a very quick + easy walk. The condo is very clean, comfortable + spacious, it was well-equipped with everything we needed. We were happy to have a covered parking garage with a marked spot, and the gated entry to the building added a sense of safety while being away. We enjoyed the location and could walk to stores + restaurants, and it is a quick drive into Savannah. Communication with the owner was pleasant and prompt. We would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Tybee and stay here.

One of the best vacation condos I’ve stayed at. Was so nice and clean. Marsha was very easy to get a hold of if needed. Plenty enough room and turn the corner practically and you’re at the walkway for the beach. Great location! Would definitely stay there again!
