This condo along with the entire facility is well maintained and equipped with everything you could ask for in a vacation home.

The condo needs updating. There was water leaking through the window in the living room so you could not sit on the couch. We informed Vacasa and nothing was done. DHEC shut the pool down Tuesday due to the emergency phone not working. We books this place because it has a pool. We were never contacted regarding the issue and had to reach out a number of times and still have not received a response. Very disappointed in this company.

Great location. Could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom shower door leaks a little. Only bigger issue was one of the windows would not seal and let in swarm of “flying ants”.

We love the location and the layout. Parking was great there was an elevator. ( we loved it for check in and check out.) Linens were plenty. Love the decks which overlooked the beach. Access right across the street. The king bed was uncomfortable and the king room bathroom needed a good cleaning. The shower door was broken. All in all the place was great. Would be nice to do a deep clean of the bathrooms and floors.

We love this area , beach , food , and no driving needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach very much. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus one friend. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to dinner every night. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The property was nice. The cleaning crew needs to pay mor attention to detail like dusting. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needed dusting as well as the cable box in the den area. Overall the condo was very nice and I would definitely rent again.

The location is nice, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We liked the area but would not rent this unit again. The condo and management has a lot of problems. We could not park in one of the spaces for 3 days and reported the problem several times and even sent pictures when requested but nothing was done. There is no map that shows the parking arrangements and the management team dose not know which spots belong to this unit. Not all of the parking spots are labeled. The refrigerator ice maker does not work and the frig leaked water that filled the bottom of the frig and ran out on to the floor so we had to clean it up every day. Again we reported it several times, after the 2nd time they sent someone to look at it and all they did was flip up the leaver on the ice maker to shut it off. The window on the west wall in the living room leaked pretty bad when it rained, had to clean up the mess. The shower in the master bed room leaks and there was evidence that it has been leaking for a while. If you plan on cooking you will need to bring pots and pans as the ones that are provided on shot. The pool was dirty when we arrived was never cleaned out so it was unusable. Be very careful when crossing the street, people drove the wrong way on the one way street in front of the unit multiple times each day.

I enjoyed looking out the windows and seeing the surfers as well as sitting on the veranda with my morning coffee. The location is so convenient to city center, the beaches and delicious restaurants, like Tacoboy and frozen yogurt. I am in love with Folly Beach. It was so nice to have bedrooms for everyone in the family after sharing a hotel room for a week. The unit is very comfortable and relaxing. It does need some updating, but with kids, perhaps that is a bonus.

When we walked into this condo I think we all had the WHOA expression. It is even better than the pictures. It’s nice and roomy and very tastefully decorated. It was super clean which is a big deal for me. We enjoyed the beach which was right off the condo. We were fascinated by watching the rebuilding of the pier. If you’re like us and want to be able to walk to restaurants and shops, you're right there by it. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Its an awesome enjoyable stay. Staffs are helpful over the call or text. Home is fully equipped with all necessary items. And location is unbelievable, right on the beach. Enjoy the sunrise from balcony.

This unit was in a great location - easy access to the beach just across the street and within short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We could hear the bar bands from the deck, but not once we were inside which was nice. Unit was quiet both from exterior noise and noise from other units. Parking was very convenient. Pool was warm and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The exterior of the complex was clean and in good shape. Our particular unit could use a little updating, but it was still in good shape. We enjoyed our time on Folly Beach and will come back again.

We had a great time. The beach was terrific and the view from the balcony was fantastic. We had a problem with Palmetto bugs. I called vacassa their solution was to send over a can of ant spray!!! Not very helpful.We spent alot of time on the patio which was awesome. Overall great stay.Beds we are also very comfortable.

Place was really nice and clean. Beds were all comfortable and clean. Deck was overlooking the ocean and large enough for everyone to sit on. Kitchen had everything you would want for a stay away from home. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants. Would recommend getting seafood at Crosby’s and cooking back at the place. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us!! Location is perfect, right across from the beach, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Only 1 block from restaurants and bars. Very clean!! We will definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! It was walking distance to everything. We had a great view of the ocean. We had plenty of space. We unfortunately didn’t notice the beach chairs until we were checking out and the beach volleyball courts until our last day, but we still had a great time.

This property has bed bugs and property management will not recognize it.

Great unit in a perfect location. Spacious and comfy. Would definitely return!

The condo is laid out nicely, comfortable for 4 adults and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our vehicles were protected with parking on premises.

Amazing stay. Super easy check in. We had our infant with us, they provided a pack and play, mini high chair and baby spoons! Elevator made it easy with the stroller. Lots of chairs on the porch to sit and listen to the waves. Loved how big the rooms were and the spacing of the rooms provided privacy. Wish they had black out blinds in the rooms- morning sun and outdoor stairwell lights were a nuisance through the sheer drapes.

Clean Apartment Great location. Woke up able to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Plenty of space.

We spent a wonderful week with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter. Great week together. Walked everywhere. Great condo!!!

Great location and condo was well stocked. Vacasa staff was very helpful and fast to respond to questions.

The location was perfect. Beach access right across the street and just a block away from all the restaurants and shops. Sitting on the back deck and relaxing with a wonderful view of ocean. Our parking spot was also in a great spot. Easy to get in and out of and very close to our unit. The unit could use some upgrades and we did see some roaches. However, the Vacasa Team responded quickly and offered to come spray. My boys and I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Condo with a fantastic Location to everything!!! Food, Beach, stores are all a block away!

The location was amazing. Right across and your on the beach. Pool was nice. While we were there they upgraded all the pool furniture. The condo was not the cleanest, under couch had dust, dirt, and little toys from previous people. Appliances such as a blender would have been nice to have and others upgraded. Overall, the beach location was worth it. Easy walk to the main strip.

Enjoyed the condo. Did find a roach when we arrived but other than that, it was good.
