We came to Nashville for the first time as a Bach party group. Listing is as described and was perfect, we rented 2 units side by side, Stay Minty was great to work with, there was a small issue as we couldn't check in on time and communication wasn't the best about it but we got the codes about 45 minutes after we were supposed to and didn't look back. Lyft ride is only 10 to 15 at most from downtown. I recommended this to other friends and they have already booked. Thanks for assisting in a fun filled weekend!

This property is perfect for groups, everyone has their space, rooms are nice, beds are comfy ... nice area

Communication with the property was great, and the place is a great stay for a large group. Easy to Uber anywhere you would want to go, and in a safe neighborhood.

We rented 2 units side-by-side for 11 people. The units look brand new and the amenities were great! The gated community felt very secure. The decor of both units was very cute and having the pool table downstairs away from most of the bedrooms was perfect for those who didn’t want a late night! This unit is about 10 minutes via Uber from Broadway but I would not advise planning to rent scooters to travel back and forth.

We recently stayed in pecan 1-2 for our combined bachelor party with a group of 16. The location was just a short 10 minute Uber ride from downtown. About $20/ride. The home was great and spacious for our group. There are a lot of stairs so if you have older people in your party, this probably isn’t the property for you. Management was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns that we had. The beds were very comfortable. The bed in master suite #1 needs to be changed as it has definitely seen it’s fair share of tenants (it has a very visible and annoying v shape) so when two people sleep on it they roll towards the middle. If you are planning a big group and plan to go to Broadway often it does get VERY expensive lyftying downtown daily! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, felt very safe in the gated community, and would recommend.
