This nicely appointed home just steps off the ocean beach is a gem! Modern kitchen, super easy landing/stairs to the beach and the BBQ. A great beach house!

The views from this house are beautiful, with the ocean washing right up to the stairs. It was nice to be able to walk the beach in both directions. The beds we slept in were comfortable. One downfall was that a house is being built next door, and therefore, we listened to some sawing and pounding on a couple of the days. Hopefully, this will be completed soon. There were a few other minor things, like the screen door not sliding closed, that we brought to the management's attention that should be able to be fixed.

Everything about this house is excellent. Many kid friendly activities for the kiddos. Boogie boards, water toys, puzzles, etc. Grill for cooking and many modern appliances so you're not eating out every night. Also washer and dryer on site. Not far from town and shopping. Amazing views from 2 back bedrooms and deck. Great house! Will definitely be staying again!

We felt like the beach was literally our backyard. It was so magical and amazing to walk right out the back door to it! The property manager is very accommodating. There was an issue with xfinity tv service and they got them out rapidly to fix the issue- and were willing to come to the property if we were planning to be at the beach or away from the property- and then told us they plan to compensate us for that not working for a bit.

We love this house! This was our third time staying at Next Stop Morocco, and we are so glad we chose it again. Everything is beautiful, plus the ocean view is absolutely stunning. We had such a relaxing time. Being right on the beach is so convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Folly Beach is a gem of a destination, and "Next Stop Morocco" is perfectly situated right on the beach itself. I found myself taking daily strolls along the shoreline, enjoying the stunning sunrises. It truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property itself is a work of art. The owners have gone above and beyond to create a Moroccan-inspired oasis that is both cozy and visually stunning. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings is impeccable. From the vibrant colors and intricate patterns to the cozy seating areas, it's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this unique space. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All of the windows offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The porch was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The amenities provided were also top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. Additionally, the property was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which added to the overall positive experience.

Great house. Slept like a baby. No need for an ocean sound app. Specially nice views of ocean and marsh and the thunder and lightning storms.

The house was nice and clean and funcional.

Not a great experience overall for the week. Upstairs bedding was for twin beds and did not fit queen beds. Fitted sheets were on one corner of bed and then covered up with flat sheet and bedspread. When we text the “local Vacasa team” we didn’t get a response for three days regarding sending properly fitting sheets. Power went out on island and house was not equipped with flashlights. Fire alarm upstairs went off due to dead battery and continued to go off every 5-10 minutes until we lost confidence in Vacasa maintenance to show up and notified Vacasa that we removed batteries ourselves and they could replace when we checked out. Batteries were not provided or located in house. Front door keypad did not work on consistent basis and we were locked out for over 20 minutes. When calling Vacasa, had to leave a message which wasn’t returned for 2 days! Texting Vacasa local team took 20 minutes for response and resetting keypad. Washer usage shook entire house and winds also made house sway. Ants in upstairs bedroom in bookshelves. No blinds in windows in family room and beach goers can see in family living area from public ramp and dressing areas on side of home. It appeared the ramp area was to be limited to specific housing residents /tenants, however many used this ramp as public access. Parking was challenging in driveway due to proximity to public street parking and very narrow driveway. Landscapers and Terminex both showed up during our stay without prior notice from Vacasa. Furniture in family room was not comfortable and could not accommodate the number of people the house claims to sleep. Many frustrations as a result of lack of response from Vacasa.

Right. On. The. Beach. Perfect location with privacy, bright and clean rooms, and ample space for our party of 5 adults.

This is by far the best home we have rented in Folly to date. It was beautiful, fully equipped, quiet and the best location. Cleanliness was immaculate!

This house is wonderful! It's clean, well equipped, and the location can't be beat! We will definitely be back. :)

Next Stop Morocco was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We stayed for one week. The home is just like as it is advertised. Being right on the beach, we enjoyed sunrise and moonrise. We all enjoyed the back porch (screened) very much! The house was clean and ready for us at checkin. We all had a great time and would return.

We have stayed at this house many times. We love it. We love the screened in back porch!! That’s where we stay most of the time. We love the big dining room table where we eat meals together. We will continue our family vacations here!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

Honestly, stop reading and book this place. Beautifully maintained, guest focused, and located in a unique and prime spot. The pictures had me a little concerned that we wouldn’t be right on the beach because apparently there are many definitions of that. Ha! When this says oceanfront, it means walk out the slider, turn left and go down the recently replaced stairway to the beach. 20ish stairs? Nothing excessive. At high tide, the water is steps away from the last stair. But it gets better. The beach is flat and not a prime access point in the area. You can wade out well over 100 feet and not get past your waist (depending on your height). We used a chair rental service and found our chairs and umbrellas set up for us when we were ready to roll. After the beach, use the hot and cold water shower on your private deck to wash off. Location is easily reached and not grid locked as other areas of the island can be. The house has many perks that you simply don’t find elsewhere. A Bosch dishwasher gets the plates and utensils clean and there are plenty of plates, glasses, etc to go around. Two things to be aware of and not a big deal. First, common seating space in the tv area is limited. Enough spaces available but everyone is sitting vs sprawling. Second, there isn’t a ton of space to store food in the kitchen or we missed it. The laundry off the main bath has storage you can use too. Lots of storage in the upper bedroom. This was simply an amazing rental. Any issues that existed have been addressed. Beds were very comfortable, NICE linens, all the lights worked and the ceiling fans were prettt awesome. The heat index exceeded 100 several days during our visit and the house remained cool. Go. Enjoy!

Good location, directly on the beach with spectacular views of the river and sunsets as well.

Exceptional in every way. location is tops, the home was immaculate and well furnished with plenty of storage. Stayed 2 weeks and loved the sunrise over the ocean. The deck is snug for 2. I would like to see the deck expanded by 5 ft. You can't help feeling that the owner loves this house and in fact, gardeners were on the grounds twice trimming bushes.

The place we stayed was good on location. People do need to know that it sways when you do the laundry and when there are strong winds. Also it would be good if the had offered instructions on where to go if there are severe storms or tonadl warnings. We had / nights where we were iunder tornado warnings.

This was such a cute litte beach house that is located footsteps from a beautiful portion of the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. The room upstairs that overlooks the ocean provides an amazing view that was great to wakeup to every morning. So many areas inside and outside to gather and enjoy being together with family or friends to enjoy tru beach life. We would definitely rent this house again!!

We loved EVERYTHING about the house! It is the quintessential Beach House with the ocean so close. It has beautiful decor… spotlessly clean and well appointed. We found everything we needed, and we’ve already booked our next stay. We even like the clever name… because the Next Stop across the ocean really is Morocco.
