Location was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

The heating was on prior to arrival (July). The location was excellent, just a short walk to town. The view from the living area was outstanding, especiially at sunrise.

We chose to cook on the first night and there are limited utensils but enough. The lack of a carving knife.

Loved the location and the property in general.

The mould on the ceiling in bedroom 1. As this is a serious OH&S issue, especially for someone with asthma, it should be treated immediately and the ceiling repainted. This was our only issue with the property.

Beautifully appointed house in a super quiet but convenient location. Ro was a lovely hostess and made us feel very welcome.

Everything-we were so well taken care of. Lovely treats left in the fridge. The house is beautiful, clean, cosy and we had a wonderful retreat with friends. Location is perfect. Lots of lovely restaurants and pubs in town. Great cycling all around Mudgee and surrounds.

Great place to stay in Mudgee. Close to the town without being too close. I loved sitting in the park overlooking the river. I’d stay there again

Nothing to not like

The size, layout and location of the Coach House was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The park and river outlook was very relaxing, yet we were close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants and only a short drive to the vineyards and other local attractions.
