Condo is “worn” and would benefit with a fresh coat of paint to make it appear less tired. Living room furniture is older, and not comfortable. Beds could also use new pillows and mattresses. Even though it needs some TLC, spruce up, I would stay here again. Condo has a great layout. Perfect location to beach and Center street shops and Restaurants. Charleston is a easy 20 minute drive The Rental company was really nice to work with

Really close to everything, has all the equipment needed, enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to know where the faucet to rinse sandy feet was :)

We spent 2 weeks at the condo with our college age children and had a great time. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and close enough to Center Street to walk to the restaurants and shops yet far enough not to hear any noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! This condo is a great spot if you’re looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay in the heart of Folly Beach. Kitchen was well-stocked, beach toys for the kids, and pretty much any amenity one could need. We were pleasantly surprised with all that was available based on some other reviews. To be fair, the decor is a bit dated but it’s very comfortable and clean. Beach access is directly across the street - perfect when you have small children and/or aging grandparents. Just a note, the unit provides two parking spaces but they do not allow golf cart parking (though perhaps some do because we saw them.) Just something to keep in mind.

This condo is located across the street from the beach access and 2 blocks from the main shopping area with restaurants. Very nice for a relaxing vacation with our family. A little bit disappointed on CheckIn due to info being incorrect on wifi, laundry left unwashed in the washer, ac not on in unit (which took 24 hours to cool down). Other than the beginning, no other complaints. Very enjoyable time at the beach.

We loved the convenience to everything, restaurants, shops, the pier, and the beach. Hoping for a return visit next year !

Property was nice good location. However, it would have been nice if the management company had let me know. There was major construction going on in the building right beside us? This wasn't issue all week as they started work at seven am every morning and continued all day. Therefore we were all waking up super early every day of our vacation as well as the infant we had with us could not get good naps during the day. Due to the constant banging and drilling and pressure washing. We would have definitely moved our reservation to another location had we known. I did contact management and they just told " yes they start early every day"

We come to Folly every year for the Flip Flop Drop and this condo was in the perfect spot. It was a quick walk to Center Street, shops, and the NYE excitement. Being 2 story, it was plenty of space for our group to hang together while also having separate spaces to chill and decompress. Would definitely book here again!

The location and space was fantastic

Place was comfortable, but it needs some maintenance. Sink in master bath leaks, master bathe tub calming needs to be redone, master baths shower doesn’t adjust to heat and cool properly, bath that is next to the other room upstairs toilet runs, but I adjusted the flap to last till my family left. Kitchen faucet leaks if at the right angle. I’d like to come back once these repairs have been completed.

Check in process was very easy when we arrived. The apartment was extremely clean & we felt right at home. The location was amazing if you plan to eat out and hang downtown Folly! Would stay here again for sure.

Pleasant ecperience

This was our second summer stay at this place and we very much enjoyed it again. Everything we needed for our trip was accommodated. with little to worry about. It is perfect location to main strip, beach and all restaurants. Great for families with young kids. We will be booking again.

The place is so pacefull and close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We loved the location - close to the beach and all the restaurants! My daughter loved walking to the local ice cream place! The home was clean and had all of the amenities we needed! We truly appreciated the beach chairs!! Thank you and we will be back again!

Roomy, spotless, great location, nice beach access. Dated decor but who cares. Well stocked kitchen, living room furniture needs a good cleaning. Too many people have sat on the multiple chairs in wet bathing suits is my guess.

Location was perfect with reserved parking. The view was fantastic from the 2nd balcony.

The best feature of this property is the convenient location to the beach and to the restaurants downtown. The entire unit is in need of a deep clean and upgrade of uncomfortable, squeaky rattan furniture. The carpets are stained and dingy. The furniture upstairs had broken knobs. The plates and cups were chipped. The tub was not draining in the master bathroom upstairs. I was quite shocked that their was only 1 tv upstairs that was quite small and 1 in the living room downstairs also very small. Then, the parking was good until other guests parked in our reserved spots for 2 days and we could not receive any support from the management company. Overall, I won’t be staying here again. The owners should consider invest in upgrades for the condo for a rental property or significantly reduce the average room rate per night given the less than cleanly, dated guest experience.

Fantastic trip meeting up with son stationed at Charleston Navy Base. House was perfect configuration for our family of 5. Kitchen very well equipped to cook family meals. Home was clean and more roomy than in photos. Smart layout too. Fun restaurants walking distance. Great weather and beautiful beach. Highly recommend.
