We loved this condo!! It was right on the beach. I could have stood in the parking garage and just stared at the ocean--it was breathtaking. The condo was clean, fresh, neatly decorated. Plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely return!

Management was great to deal with, unit was very spacious, location was very close to center of town. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely book in this location again.

The condo was great, very well stocked and clean. The beds are very hard and not good for my back. We had baby roaches but we called and they brought out ant traps and roach spray. Management team was great to work with.

The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. This was our first time in Charleston and we had an amazing trip. Loved how it was walking distance to some great restaurants. The sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the pier nearby were breathtaking. My family can’t way to go back.

Condo was very nice and well decorated. Great location. Very clean, however, we had to kill at least 5 cockroaches during our four day stay.

The location of the property to the beach, local restaurants, and shops was perfect! We were steps away from everything and only needed our car when we went into Charleston. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments with the condo itself, and we will choose a different unit next time. We had problems with the keyless entry pad. It was very inconsistent in whether it worked or not. Sometimes it worked the first time we punched in the code and other times we had to enter it multiple times before it would engage the lock. We actually got completely locked out of the condo one night and had to call the property management. After about 10-15 minutes of trying every code possible and “make sure you are pulling the handle up and out” she finally gave us the code to the lockbox where the actual key is stored outside the door so we could get in. Pro Tip: make sure you always take the key because the code pad is not reliable. Another issue we encountered was the drain in the master bathroom shower. It was partially clogged and shortly after starting a shower we would be standing in water up to our ankles. The bathtub in the shared bathroom had visible rust around the drain as did the kitchen sink. The rugs all looked like they had seen their better days because they were matted and dirty/discolored. The refrigerator had leftover cheese crumbles in it and overall did not look as though it had been cleaned after everything was removed.

Overall a good experience, I couple things to improve on. The AC in the condo, the size of the pool and pool area, and our master shower did not drain well at all.

Great beach access, close to bars/ restaurants and 30 minutes to Charleston

The condo was very roomy. The view not the best ocean front, but a side view of parking lot and pier. The vacasa people were very nice and when we needed something they were very quick to respond. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Lots of apace and great location

We got locked out of our unit for over an hour with 7 of my family members on the first night of our stay. Vacasa did not get us in and could not get us in. I was with my elderly mom, my nephew who is 3 yrs old. We had to get a ladder, climb up to our first floor unit, to get the door open. We use your company all of the time but may be done without full refund.

Our group of 9 adults had plenty of space to relax comfortably indoors and we were only steps away from the beach. Since it was off season, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves during the week. Great little shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. We enjoyed several attraction throughout Charleston and the surrounding areas . . . all within a 15 to 25 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this location for a great vacation experience!

it was exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Beach right there. Great parking. We appreciated the spices left there. Carbon Monoxide detector went off on Saturday night at 10pm. Staff tried to help us get it resolved and then kindly came and disconnected it !

Great place to stay and relax. Filtered view of the ocean. Rooms were comfy and we had everything we needed. Close enough to all the restaurants but far enough away..

So close to the beach and lots of restaurants. So easy to walk everywhere.

This location is great for access to the beach and easy walking into town. The condo is well equipped, has enough home supplies, a nice layout, and the electronic keypad makes it easy for a group. It is nicely decorated and offers good space for people including a nice big table and a comfy couch. The only complaints are the master bedroom can get a little warm during the day/night and the thermostat is not adjustable at all. It wasn't really an issue, but you can't change it from 72. If you are looking for a nice spot on Folly Beach, this is a great choice!

The clean condition of the property. The location with a view of the beach. The privacy of the property. The ease of check-in. The size of the washer and dryer (full size/large capacity). Full kitchen with double sink and dishwasher and a large capacity refrigerator. This was a four bedroom three full bath unit.

The condo is beautiful, roomy and the best equipped kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. It was an easy walk to the pool and beach. We especially enjoyed the short walk to town to visit all the stores and restaurants. My family loved the condo.

This home had a spacious floor plan, incredible views. From the porch you can see Folly Beach, the ocean, the pool, and the pier. Can definitely tell it’s been updated. Bathrooms were great, beds comfy, decor pleasant. The location is so convenient. You’re able to walk to pool, beach, pier, bars, shops, restaurants. You’ll see parking is a premium in Folly, getting 2 spots is huge. Only a 20 minute drive to Charleston. Would 10/10 recommend and go back.

The villa itself was really pretty nice although it was quite dirty under surfaces/shower curtains, considering we paid as much as we did for this villa. The door was not good. When we first approached we were concerned from the condition of the door. It looked horrible and needed painted and fixed since there was duct tape across the lock area. Plus it wasn't really working. We had to keep checking it because it was not locking behind us and had to be shut hard to get it to close. They provided a lot of extra amenities so it would have been better to explain the amenities when purchasing. We brought a lot of unnecessary stuff. But overall we were very happy with our staff here. It worked well for our family vacation.

This condo was perfect for the three couples staying there. We each had a private bathroom which is great for privacy. There were plenty of chairs on the deck for us to visit and enjoy the view (although a limited view of the beach). It was still nice.
