la ubicación no estaba mal

Hola estuvo bien pero pudo haber sido mejor, el wifi no funcionó en ningún momento, las sábanas tenían pelos, en la habitación de 2 camas había una gotera y empezó a caer sobre la cama, la cuna y el secador no estaban y la limpieza era regular.

Schimmel in den Zimmern, kaputte Türklinken, Bettdecken hatten große gelb braune Flecken. Wohnzimmer nicht nutzbar da die Couches über und über mit großen Flecken bedeckt war. Dusche auch verschimmelt. Hatte mir von booking.com mehr erwartet überlege mir nach dieser Erfahrung ob ich darüber wieder buchen werde.

Wi-Fi e boa localização

Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência. Esperamos 1 hora na porta para entrar e quando entramos parecia que não houve limpeza nenhuma. Falta de cortinas, a casa de banho não tinha cortina e molhava tudo, toalhas de banho estavam manchadas, muito pó na carpete( que a casa inteira é coberta por ela), e a cozinha estava suja.

Didn't like it wasn't properly cleaned after I dropped off my bags and asked that the apartment be cleaned. Yes I understand I asked for early check in to drop off bags and wash mouth before cleaners could come on in to tidy up and they granted me that which I am grateful for but not happy that I met the apartment in the same condition when I returned to it in the afternoon despite telling them when I left in the morning to get cleaners in. Not happy that I was given a parking ticket whereas a parking permit was in the property and wasn't given to me. Not happy that you don't get the staff on phone when you need them most. In fact their staff that spoke to me first Tuesday morning on my arrival caused me the parking ticket instead of him to tell me where parking permit was and how to use it,he was asking me some different questions like,are you parking,are you leaving your car,how long will you be parked if you are parking. I mean come on give me the parking permit and tell me how to use it. In fact it was the enforcement agents that explained to me on the second day when I eventually got the permit that I had to scratch the date,day,month and year otherwise it won't be valid. Honestly apart from this I think the apartment is great and I would come back to it again if the opportunity presented itself. When I left the property they sent me an apology about the parking ticket though. Apology accepted but parking ticket still has to be paid by me.

Is very nise big and well clean

Should have been a nice stay, but in one word: Dirty & non working stuff.

So so so dirty, things haven’t been cleaned in months (chair, floor, long etc). Also, bathroom not working properly (heater too hot not working the temp setting in the shower).

The location.

Just to be fair, I will give this place a 4. However, the property management needs to work on keeping the place clean and welcoming speacially on the first day. As soon as you open the door, it has a horrible smell. One of the bed was broken. The sheets and blankets have stain and it does not smell clean. The shower was hard to monitor. I'm so sorry, but I can't recommend this place.

Easy to get to central London via train station. Lovely area and plenty of room. Reasonably priced to stay in London.

There was egg on a few of the walls which was only cleaned after we told the cleaning lady. There were only 5 mugs for an apartment that should cater for 8. The bed linen was stained/dirty. The kitchen tap was broken and constantly made a horrendous sound.
