We had an amazing time in Playa Hermosa. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well maintained, beautiful inside and out. We had a little trouble finding the check on office as it was dark by the time we made it to Playa Hermosa, but the staff was lovely and very knowledgeable. There was lots of spices for cooking, but you'll need to buy all the condiments that you'll need. All in all amazing place to stay, lots of activities around the area and a quick and easy trip to and from the airport.

We stayed at this home for a birthday celebration with family and friends. Waking up to this view every morning was amazing. The house provided plenty of space and amenities. The property manager was very responsive and conceirge was great! Location is perfect but you will need transportation.

This house was great for our group. Plenty of room when you want some space but plenty of common areas, perfect bbq area, and a comfortable pool deck. I will say the tile floor gets very slippery when wet. The view and location are unbeatable. The security gate group was so helpful when we brought out the trash. Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Stress free experience from the time we booked to the time we left. Owners were quick to respond to questions, and Zindis property management provided very detailed instructions including helpful info on booking a rental car as well as ordering groceries for our arrival. House manager was very helpful and kind, and the concierge was easy to get in touch with and arranged a next day private boating and snorkeling day for our group. Easy drive on good roads to get there. The property is beautiful with very comfortable beds and linens. I was travelling with 5 young adults and there was plenty of room for them to have their own space and allow me some peace and quiet in my own suite. Strong wifi throughout the property. The property is located on a hill with a beautiful vista of the ocean. You need a rental car - It is not walkable due to the height and the heat although the kids did walk down to the gate and back for their morning workout. Close to the beach and groceries by car. We went into Playa Coco for groceries to a larger supermarket and to the fish market for fresh fish. Kitchen is well equipped and the barbecue is great. We had no problems cooking good meals for the 6 of us. The kids hired a 2 man band to play on the terrace during dinner for my birthday party. Terrace is large enough that we had room to dance The Costa Rican people are the most friendly I have met in my travels. Very kind people. No one in our group can speak Spanish, but we got along just fine. Most adventurous thing we did was take the Monkey Trail down to the Westin to golf. I do not recommend this unless you are a confident, calm driver as the road is in terrible condition with lots of potholes, narrow with no shoulder and we encountered some aggressive drivers. At one point you cross a dirt riverbed which was okay because we had an SUV and the river was dry at this time of year. Would not attempt at night or in rainy season! Beaches were beautiful, although we had red tide a couple of days so no swimming. We had a tour guide (Javier from “LovingCostaRica.com”) our first day take us to the rain forest and waterfalls which was fantastic to get the lay of the land. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and truly wanted us to love his country. He even drove us to Playa Coco to show us where the supermarket was for better selection and prices. Property was exactly as described, service was top notch and we would stay again.

This is our second property we rented from VRBO and it's been 2for 2, we had no problems whatsoever with renting or contacting the property management or concierge. Would definitely rent again.

Villa Paradiso Del Mar is a spacious property that worked beautifully for our family of grandparents, parents and young children. The design of the home enabled us to gather in small groups, find a quiet place to relax alone, or eat together. The grandchildren loved their secluded spot in the Monkey Room, and we grandparents were delighted with the luxurious master suite. The views of the beaches were even more stunning than we had anticipated. Zindis staff members were extremely responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a car, so Zindis arranged transportation to several nearby family-friendly beaches, plus a taxi to Ginger, where we enjoyed a unique dinner. The property is well situated for day trips: we took the Palo Verde National Park Boat Tour, which we booked through Two Weeks in Costa Rica. It was a memorable outing for all ages. Highly recommend Zindis Management and Villa Paradiso.

This property is absolutely wonderful. The view from the patio and pool is breathtaking. The home is very large with plenty of space. However, we were unaware that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by going outside and down a metal spiral staircase. This could work for a couples trip but if there are children in your party or if you want to be able to quickly access everyone in the group that bedroom is not a great option. We had a few maintenance issues (master shower wasn’t working) which were fixed. But it did take a little bit of time. Overall though, this is a great property and I would happily stay here again!

This was our first time in Costa Rica.We are a group of 3 couples who stayed here for 9 nights. There was plenty room for all of us. The house is great and the pool and patio area was even better. We ate every night outside down by the grill. The pictures and descriptions are spot on. The owners where great to work with when we had a change in travel plans due to flight schedule changes. We are already looking for a return date

The house is located atop a hill, so the view out towards the bay/Hermosa beach is expansive and magnificent. The property is surrounded by trees so you feel secluded from neighboring homes. The home is located in a gated community so it feels very secure in case you have any concerns, though the whole town feels very safe and the residents quite friendly. The master suite is gigantic and has its own balcony, and same expansive views, so if you want to get away from the other guests, you certainly can. The home has a suite with a small kitchenette which may be good for elderly guests or guests with newborns that need special access to a sink and refrigerator. I recommend a car to get around to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beaches nearby are all different and are all worth visiting. My favorite was ocotal which was more secluded and quiet. There is just one restaurant at ocotal - father rooster- which has a great beach vibe. Plenty of restaurants and bars at Coco Beach and a handful at Hermlsa. The waters at all beaches are crystal clear. Really clean. And snorkeling just off the beaches is quite good. Also highly recommend ginger restaurant which is very close by. La Casita del marisco on Hermosa was good. It's a seafood place but I had the ribeye steak there and it was fantastic. The house has good internet and kitchen has all that you need. Pool is about 4 feet deep and is a good size to chill and splash in and take in the gorgeous views while enjoying a drink. The folks at zindis who manage the place were top notch, very responsive to questions and needs. The owners were also very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this home and wish you a great trip to Guanacaste.
