Nice property in a fun neighborhood with convenient access to downtown Denver, foothills and Highlands Ranch. Communication with property owner was easy, as was check-in and check-out process.

The location was perfect and gave us access to everywhere we needed to go.. The sleeping arrangements were great for 8 people. We cooked our meals most of the time and the backyard was so nice to sit and visit in. We had a great time and the host was very responsive when needed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay.

My friends and I stayed here for a reunion weekend and had a great time. It’s the perfect size for a large gathering. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown and centrally located. There’s a grocery store that’s about a 5 min walk if you don’t have a car. The house comes equipped with Netflix as well. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Jeff!

It was a great stay! Only thing I would say I didn’t fully feel comfortable with was the windows having no curtains at all in the main living area. Felt like there wasn’t a lot of privacy. Overall great location and Jeff was very wonderful in communicating:) Would book again!

Unfortunately, our experience was not that as other reviewers. When we arrived, the house was not that clean. The smoke detectors were still in the drawer as described by another user. The main bathroom faucet in the tub didn't shut off properly, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it. It would be nice to have curtains on the kitchen and dining room windows so the neighbors can't look in at all hours of the day. The house didn't look just like the pictures, there were no doors on the closets and various items that appeared to have been neglected (ie light fixtures/lamps on the shelves, outlets missing covers, miscellaneous stuff left on the patio). The kitchen appliances were nice but not clean and the beds were comfortable. Jeff did communicate well and the home did provide a place for us to stay while we needed to be in Denver. Based off the other reviewers and new posted signs about respecting neighbors and fines for damages we are lead to believe there may have been an unknown experience with other vrbo users who took advantage of the home and the owners are trying to recover from the damages?? We strongly recommend giving some attention to basic maintenance repairs.

Location was excellent since we celibated our daughters sweet 16th birthday at Maggiontos follewd by go carting on ice at Lowery. The house could us a little work here & there like fire alarms were all in a drawer in the kitchen & not on ceilings throughout the house, main bathroom bath faucet, shower curtain & rod needs repaired or replaced.

Perfect house for our short trip. Close to highway and convenient to store. House was in great shape, clean, and ready for our arrival. Host was a great communicator and was willing to help with whatever he could. Thanks for having us!

The place was very clean and big enough for 12 people. It was very close to where we needed to be and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall a fantastic stay.

Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with great indoor and outdoor spaces. This home was large enough with 8 adults and 3 children that everyone had space. The backyard and patio gave the children a beautiful area to play with a play house and bunnies to leave veggies for each day. Jeff was very easy to work with pre and post visit as we had left an item in the home. We will look to use this property again in our next visit.

This rental was perfect for our family. The place is 25 minutes from Denver International Airport and close to the rail system and downtown. It had plenty of room for the eight of us. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is nice. We would stay here again!

Perfect home in a quiet neighborhood for our family to stay while in town. Backyard was great for our dog. Basement was perfect spot for the kids to hang out. Beds were comfortable. Easy acess to any part of the Denver metro area via I-25. Kitchen had everything to put together a meal. Close to several grocery stores and within delivery radius to several restaurants. Ample parking for several vehicles. Owner responded to questions quickly.
