We’ve been coming to this place for awhile now and it was great in the beginning now it’s just gone downhill. Location is great but that is where it ends unfortunately now.

The girl who checked us wasnt great nor friendly. She was rude when checking in. The first room we got smelled so bad. Pet pee smell. It was so bad. Changed to the second room. Half the couch was missing. We didn’t care at this point as we traveled 4 plus hours. Upon resting and sunsetting we go to close the window and find that there’s only one side of the black out curtain. Again we were tired and just decided avoid conflict and just deal with what we had. When we stayed here before new current ownership The second day we noticed the alarms on the roof were taped to ceiling.

Not much

Ac didn't work. No hot tub. Hotel didn't accommodate for transplant patients as said. Room service was terrible. Be prepared to throw your own trash. Worst 3 week stay of my life

Too much to list. It smelled like smoke, the breakfast area was dirty and not looked after, the food was cold, I was worried about my car so I really didn't sleep much, dogs barking in the rooms down the hall from us, music blaring, an overall scary experience.

Edgar and Manu were great! My sister was in the hospital nearby and these two were VERY helpful and accommodating. We were pleased with all of their help!

Access to the swimming pool

So we were there to take my son to the hospital so we had to spend the night our car got stolen in the middle of the night we found out after the fact and the last month they've had seven of vehicles stolen all of that parking lot all Wyoming license plates so if you are traveling to Denver or the surrounding areas think about where you stay and keep an eye on your car they're looking for kias and Hondas but we found out through the hospital that seven families got their car stolen in the last month from that particular hotel do not stay at the comfort inn suite

Children in the exercise room running reckless. Slamming the weights constantly on the floor. Needs to be monitored by staff more frequently to make sure no one gets hurt.
