There's a cool balcony, room comes with a small fridge, a microwave, coffee machine and a hand washer, there's no air conditioner, but theres a small ceiling fan.
Bathrooms are shared with all the guests, there's 2 big and clean bathrooms with shower, we didn't find it a problem at all, but its something to have in mind.

Amazing location. Right off the A2, and the village it’s in is so adorable. There’s paths to go hiking up into the mountain, and a great restaurant right below.

Nice, quiet location about ten minutes walk from the bus stop and shops. Comfortable room to sleep in (quiet, extra pillows provided, fan to cool room down).

Good location for hiking on nearby San Salvadore. While not in Lugano city, easily reachable with the frequent bus.

Easy self check in, free parking area, good Wi-Fi, restorant with Italian food is in the same building and working till 23:00.

Hotel was central to the main attractions, great value to the money we paid. Exceptionally very managed human less checkin
Washroom was shared among many flats. We thought it could be shared among 2 of our booked rooms. Wifi was not working at all and we were stressed out for 2 hours.

Good location, close to public transport and shops but also just few steps from hiking trail in mountains, that's amazing. Very clean and cosy rooms and bathrooms. Good Italian restaurant just downstairs. Good value for money!

Clean bath and room.
1. One has to have car to get there;
2. If you have a car, you might be given a same address but in a different city. We're not the only victim, as far as I concern;
3. Even in the 1st floor (2nd in American custom), mosquitos still got us when opening window. However, it's hard not to do so in a room without AC.

The Wifi worked well, all utilities worked
Stained sheets, dirty coffee machine, shower was slippery, instructions to check in; in Italian where different then they were in English

We really liked the room. Bright comfortable room, magical bed. Next to the room is a large balcony which is nice to sit on in the evenings. Great restaurant downstairs. Really enjoyed the hotel, will definitely come again.

No Air Conditioning. The window was opening on a common balcony, so we had to keep it closed. We suffered quiet some hotness during the night.

The location is a bit faraway, if you are going with public transport it is a bit difficult,,
And also, there is no facility of keeping the luggage after check out
