The location on the beach was good.

Signs posted all over and propped up in furniture do this and don’t do that or it will cost you $$$ were not inviting. Ladder for the top bunk not secure. Wouldn’t let our 6 year old sleep on top. Furniture appeared dingy and should be cleaned. Sleeper sofa could feel every spring and bar under the mattress. Sign to start a load of laundry for the unit before leaving but no laundry soap in the unit when we arrived. There was a smell of Mr Clean mixed with Pine Sol that hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the door was bad. The toilets had dried dirty water on the seat and behind, or worse, had not been cleaned from being used. Unit needs updated and cleaned well.

Right on the beach, plenty of parking, and the pools were so nice.

We had to take 3 elevators to get to our room, it would have been nice to have a map provided in the room of the facility. My room was not very clean. The shower held water probably due to sand issues.

Unclean condo -

Location was great! All supplies (dishes, towels, bedding) were great. Furniture and decor were all nice and felt new as well.

The stove had all the marking worn off, so that was a challenge. One burner didn't work. One hair dryer was a hazard and sparked when you try to use it. Luckily there was one in each bathroom.

Did not eat at the condo. Went tout to eat. Nothing was offered

lamps were very dirty. Garage code did not work. I had traffic backed up for about 30 minutes trying to get it. Called the number for help and noone answered. They sent me a text the next day.

As soon as the code worked on the door the car tags and braclets were on the counter, which skipping the front desk was nice. The place was nice and the best view of the ocean. Thank you for letting us stay.

The washing machine did not work. I called multiple times and it did not get fixed before we left. Which was an inconvenience. Also, there were towels in the dryer when we arrived which was an indication that they may have had an issue with the washer before we arrived but no one told us. And the cleaning could have been a little better, found trash not picked up and hairs in the hall bathroom. But other thank that it was very nice.

The place was very clean and the people were very friendly. Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony also.

The shower would be ice cold not even 5 min after getting in. It was so cold it hurt. And the toilet in the hall continued to run unless you took the back off and fixed it everytime.

Need better cleaning

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Loved that it had easy beach access and a good sized pool and hot tube if we wanted. The condo we rented was the perfect size and had everything we needed.

There was no broom and dustpan in the room to sweep up the sand from being on the beach and the whole place was tile.

crumbs under the sleeper couch, shower curtain needs re-hung.

The facility was very clean, the elevators were fast and the view was wonderful. Pools were refreshing and fun for the kids. Loved the Skywalk
