The breakfast was amazing fantastic. The table settings were so beautiful. The best food ever on a trip. Rae and her husband were so kind and caring. Make sure you are very happy and well taken care of. It was a 20 on a scale of 10.

Beautifully decorated, tranquil and comfortable, with an exceptional breakfast. The staff were great and Rae was an amazing host.

The breakfast is superb. We ate outdoors in an immaculate setting with tall trees, perfect lawn, and fountain. The owner and her help brought the breakfast to the table, and the breakfast included 5 well matched home made dishes.

I like the friendly and cozy environment
the fact that breakfast is served at 9.00 am did not match our ski schedule. Alternately a breakfast to go was offered but that did not meet the value of the price payed.

Friendly staff. Nice and cozy. My 4 year old loved the popcorn machine. Quiet.
Some issues with the television. My husband and son are lactose intolerant and were not able to enjoy the breakfast choices offered each morning.

The staff was very kind, the free breakfast was delicious. It was a cute place to stay and very clean. they have a little tea /microwave station that guests can use at all times in the common area.
the driveway is kind of narrow because of the white picket fence they have in the front and it’s easy to pass up or miss your turn. Also the desk in our room was too low for the chair they had paired with it and I was planning on doing a little work in my down time so that was a little frustrating that there was no space for my legs.

The host has a community breakfast at 9:00AM but since we were leaving earlier, they packed us a breakfast to go that was waiting for us in the morning. Nice touch!
I would have liked a spa, but I was aware there was no spa when I booked (so not really "What didn't I like").

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, it was clean and comfortable, the homemade food was delicious, and the location was perfectly situated close to both Big Bear and Snow Summit.

Our room was so comfortable like we were at grandma’s country home. The dining table setting for 24 was so grand. The homemade breakfasts were so delicious. We loved the festive Christmas decor.
We have no complaints!
