We had a great time here. Plenty of bedrooms to fit the whole family, pool was freezing but the kids still jumped in on hot days. Great location to visit multiple stadiums for your favorite team. Good communication from the host. It's all we could ask for. Thanks.

Everything was good. Location worked very well for our needs. We were able to gather in backyard with no irritation from neighbors as we were a bit loud at times. We did adhere to the quiet time hours though.. The property needs some maintenance and a deep clean. Pool needs attention as we were unable to use it as the heater was not working. Beds are comfortable. Would rent again as it is spacious and fit our group of 7 perfectly.

Needed a place to stay for our son’s wedding in March for a large family. This house was perfect! Thank you Jake and family for everything!!

We were all comfortable. Beds and bedding great. Towels soft. Kitchen and rest of house was well stocked for a big group. No complaints!

This location served us well for the WM Open, downtown Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale, and several golf courses we played during our time in Arizona. Also, only 20 minutes from the airport. Modern updates to this house. Comfortable beds with soft towels gave our group of 10 plenty of space. Made our trip quite enjoyable.

Very happy with the location and cleanliness of the home. We enjoyed the pool very much. Close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this home.

Everything was well organized and went perfectly. The house was beautifully decorated and remodeled. We all loved the pool. We were also so happy to be able to bring our dogs.

This house is a spacious, airy farmhouse chic home. We found it to be very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the fact there were not a bunch of “air fresheners” or scented linens. The neighborhood is quiet, with grocery and restaurants only a short drive away. Kudos to Jake, the thoughtful property manager with quick responses to any question we had. Our family of six traveled from the Midwest to Chandler to celebrate Christmas with our local family and were pleasantly surprised with a big decorated Christmas tree in the living room. The heated pool was warm enough to allow us to swim on Christmas Day and later that evening we enjoyed the fire ring! Plentiful towels, counter space, dishes and cooking equipment made our stay a breeze. Loved the Keurig/coffee bar and eating fresh tangerines off the tree. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Our family spent a few days at the beginning of October in this lovely home. First and foremost we had a great time being together enjoying one another’s company all in one place. There were a few challenges that we encountered. The bed in the master bedroom is quite high and difficult for someone like me who is only 5ft tall to get up on. It would have been nice to have a small step ladder to use to get in and out of. The step down from the main entry way blends with the rest of the floor and was missed a couple of times causing some to fall. In the picture of the area, there is a floor rug runner type there. It certainly would have helped to have had it there when we stayed to help notice the difference. The BBQ grease trap hadn’t been cleaned recently and created a small fire in the BBQ that we were able to extinguish. I called Jacob to let him know of it and he was quick to apologize and was going to make sure it was taken care of. The overall cleanliness and home was quite nice. We enjoyed the pool and playing games at the large table in the dining area. It’s a home I would stay in again when coming to the Chandler area.

The keypad entry was very convenient. Just as you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a very thoughtfully curated welcome book with everything you need to know for your stay. The coffee nook, updated kitchen, fireplace windows and plant named Darla also made the house very charming. The oversized couch was soooo comfortable, as well as the beds and bedding. I LOVED that the sheets smelled clean without the smell of laundry chemicals. The updates made to the house really gave it a modern feel. The pool was great and the entire house was spacious and open. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
