This property boasts it all. The pictures are a great reflection of its beauty. The rooms are big and spacious, high ceilings with lots of fun windows. Several outdoor areas for lounging around the fire pit, sun bathing by the pool, or reading a novel under the mature trees. Beds are super comfy. Bathrooms are modern and updated. I loved the fun showers! Jacuzzi and pool were phenomenal. Absolutely recommend!

The home was lovely and a perfect locale from the beach and the town of Montecito - walking distance! The layout is friendly to a decent group - 6-7 people. Lovely home and yard.

The Summit Lodge was the perfect place for our family of six to relax during the days leading up to our daughter’s wedding and afterwards. It has a rustic yet modern atmosphere and the spaciousness and amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Montecito emclave
Location was great. Didn’t mind that it was on a road since it wasn’t terribly busy. Pool was great. House is depicted well online. Not my style. Not homey but totally functional

Perfect getaway!
The house is a complete dream and honestly better than the pictures. It is clearly built and designed with the renter’s experience in mind, with so many communal spaces to enjoy with your guests. The location cannot be beat, as everything we had planned for our stay was no more than a ten minute drive away. It was the perfect bachelorette getaway weekend, and I will absolutely come back for more stays!

Great location. Clean and well maintained. Comfy beds. Great space. We had such a wonderful time with family. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the property as we had many off site events planned. We were there for my son's wedding at SYR.

I stayed here with a group of friends for labor day weekend. Although the property was beautiful, we were dismayed when we walked in and a horrible smell permeated the house. We first assumed it was trash, but the source was later identified as a dead, rotting rat in an air duct.
In addition, there was no hot water in any of the showers for the entire length of our stay.
We contacted the property managers during our stay as soon as we noticed both issues. While they were able to have the deceased rodent removed mid-weekend, the water heater was not fixed while we were there.
To make matters worse, they charged me for the full stay — over 7k — prior to our check in. After the weekend, I asked that the manager make this right by providing some sort of partial reimbursement. That was more than two weeks ago, and I still have not been provided with any money back.

Fabulous place!
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. The accommodations were comfortable for our family of four and the pool in particular was a huge hit with the kids. We loved the easy walk into town. The lovely accommodations made our vacation to Santa Barbara/montecito a success!

Beautiful, unique home right in Montecito
Our family (including a 4yr old and 2yr old) loved our stay at the Summit Lodge! The pool area is beautiful, and there's a wonderful outdoor seating area for breakfasts & dinners outside. The furnishings in the home truly are luxurious and of great quality. Remember to bring your K cups for the coffee machine! Master bedroom has a walk-in closet area (around a corner, but without a door separating it from the rest of the room) that was perfect for setting up a pack and play. For those unfamiliar with Montecito, there aren't sidewalks in this area, so even though the house is easily walkable to town, it can be a little more challenging to keep very small kids corralled on the side of the road, and you might plan on driving. Perfect stay, thank you!!

Awesome property in a fantastic location
Summit Lodge is a wonderful property in a fantastic location, just steps from the coastal village of Montecito. The house is exactly as it's pictured with everything you see and more. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation hanging out at the pool during the day and then strolling down the hill to dinner in some of the yummy restaurants in Montecito. I can't recommend this property enough for a relaxing adult break. We will definitely be back to visit Summit Lodge!

We stayed for a wedding at this beautiful house. It was very spacious and all the bedrooms are spacious. The location is the best. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful getaway
The Summit Lodge was as beautiful in person as the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay . The home was extremely clean and in great condition. The inside and outside spaces are amazing and plentiful , providing plenty of family spaces and private spaces. Alea, the house manager is outstanding! She responded immediately to each question we had, and made every effort to provide solutions to any problem we had. We have rented several times and this was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

Family Get Away
We had a great stay; the house was very clean which was extremely important to us, and well appointed. It was a short convenient walk to restaurants and shops and a great jogging area. The property managers were easy to contact. My daughter LOVED the pool. No complaints at all.
