The lady, her helping hand young guy, the neighbours who live more regularly in this house are very friendly. The neighborhood is peaceful and very local (heard that everyone knows each other. I was treated very friendly and helped by the passengers on the street here.) There are many "immigrants-looking" families living here and I love the diversity and lively vibe this community has.
The facilities in the room and yard are very simple but fits the price of accommodation. I'm 1.6m therefore had no problem with the size of the shower room at the upper floor. Warm water also arrived super normally 9pm and 10am (anytime I use them).
There's a small garden yard of this house.
I walked 1.4km from the closest Metro station every time. As a traveller to Paris, I found it a little tiring.
It's a wooden floor old house. Therefore it's normal that the talking sound of neighbours at the same floor can be heard a little.

The house is about 15 minutes away from the next metro station which is a very good one if you want to reach Paris and many different places. Check-In and Check-Out were both easy and you get a key to your room to close it off. Everything seemed to be cleaned but quite old all together.
The electric blinds were broken when I was there, meaning my only way of getting air in was a small opening. The shower is far too small for anyone who is a bit bigger, I was having troubles and there is a metal bar for a shower curtain but I hit my head against it multiple times. My room was located right behind both the bathroom and the shower, leading to very loud noise in the night by other guests. The neighborhood is somewhat loud all night long and in the morning there is at least 2 cocks screaming good morning from about 04:20 am each day. It was very very hot in the room and the broken electric blinds only worsened that issue. I left the windows open most nights and didn't need anything, I did get stung by a large amount of mosquitoes. The water smells slightly chlorinated and therefore I did not use it for anything other then washing my hands and showering, I highly suggest you buy bottled water for your stay.

It was the cheapest option really in Paris, so at least that's good.
You just get what you pay for.

The smells of the entire house, water very cold bad system of hot water, really uncomfortable shower

There are no toilet tissues, not even a shower cap for the bathroom, there is no single chair in the kitchen that visitors can eat or drink tea on. The bathroom upstairs is difficult to deal with because it is very narrow. There is no one in the house that we can talk to about some daily problems

I liked the T11 and M13 public transport being at a reasonable distance. I liked the room having sunlight and enough living space. I liked being on my own. I liked that lights automatically shut off.
The neighbourhood made me feel somewhat uneasy. It is unclean. The house was moderately better than most parts in its surrounding. So were the guests, polite and respectful, except for some notorious noisy exception. Parking was not that good, and my vehicle got some damage. Even though the room was clean and somewhat roomy, there was no linen change or floor cleaning in a long stay. The kitchen was OK, but cooking was not permitted. Unfortunately, I lost some food due to the fridge malfunctioning. Also, some inconsiderate guest left food behind that caused some unpleasant odour in the house. Water pressure was low, which made for tasteless fast showers. Bring a bathrobe and slippers.

Not too far from the city.
Very complex locking system. Location a bit dodgy.

I enjoyed the everything about the home. It was very cosy and were greeted by the cleaner who spoke very good English as did the owner. We didn't spend much time here as we were in paris to watch the Champions league final but for the time we were there everything was perfect! Highly recommend for travellers or small groups there for sightseeing. It is very far from the city centre however the metro system was really easy to use and cheap so getting around the city was very easy. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms and the property look better live than in the photos.
Despite the shared bathroom and kitchen, there was privacy in the house.
I like the nature in front of the house.
The bed are very comfortable.
Clean bedsheets
There was silence in the house, you can sleep well.
There is enough room for things.
The street is quiet.
The train station and bus stops are nearby
Checking out of the hotel at 6-8am is a big downside. I needed to sleep before my journey home and I have to drive.
In the bathroom the shower has very little pressure, for this reason the bath took 40min.
Hoover not working, we could not clean

I am surprised Booking allows a place like this to list on their platform. It has been my worst Booking experience so far.
I booked a six-night stay due to a last-minute need and a lack of other options around Paris. Their check-in and out times are unreasonable, very early morning and evening. I requested a 16h check-in earlier in the day when I booked and did not receive a response until an hour before saying someone would be there in 20 minutes. I replied immediately saying I was more than an hour and a half away and left immediately. Upon arriving at the location no one was there, claiming they waited for an hour and left. I made contact via Booking’s messenger received no reply and had to call and text the listed number multiple times. I then received instructions on how to let myself in and was shocked at the state of the place.
To best describe it: someone took a very old house did quick superficial reservations to list the rooms for booking without giving it a proper cleaning first. The doors does not lock properly and there is the risk of being locked inside if someone leaves before you. There is a lot of noise as the water moves through the house in the pipes.
There is barely any hot water. I was not able to shower for the first 48h since there was no hot water in the designated upstairs bedroom and the owner would not respond to my messages. The owner finally informed me of a downstairs bathroom I could use and that the hot water there only works when you choose cold water (i.e., blue, and not red). After waiting minutes, it does provide some hot water, but only at a trickle. Having slept in the bed without taking a shower I requested the bedding be changed and the owner charged me 15 Euros to do so.
The listing indicates a fully stocked kitchen. This is not the case. For example, there is not a single knife in the kitchen. Also, you are not allowed to cook. The metal countertop and faulty wiring led to an electric shock when heating up water.
High-quality internet and stable Wi-Fi. Asked for and was provided with a chair. The owner does speak some English. Requested and was granted a more reasonable 11 am checkout.

The people are really really friendly! They are willing to help you out. It's a beautiful old house. Price/quality is good.
It is clean, but everything is old. And it's really noisy because it's all made of wood. The neighbourhood is one of the suburbs of París (as a woman allone you need to be a bit careful)
