Изначально все было хорошо
Я прилетела поздно ночью в 00:30 заселение по приезду сказали что нет мест, хотя бронь была заранее и оплату тоже сняли. Ждала почти час пока нашли номер. Самое не приятное началось позже. Связано с партнерами отеля. Езжу много. Путешествую тоже много. И всегда везде беру в аренду авто. И всегда помогает в этом отель. Что и сделала в эту поездку
Отель пригласил своего представителя. Взяли в аренду авто. Оплатили депозит 1.500 дирхам сняли с карты. Плюс аренду авто.
Машину брали с 22 по 27 февраля. У Дэниела. По итогу сегодня 05 апреля, возврата депозита нет. Очень не приятно. Получается отель предоставил мошенника? Не могу понять что происходит. У меня самый высокий класс в booking путешествую до 12 стран за год. И такой ужас в Дубаи не ожидала.
Очень не приятная ситуация. Не понимаю что делать. Писать в полицию придется. И указывать данные отеля, ведь по рекомендации отеля я доверилась и взяла авто.

То что дали только два кравати для троих (третий был ребенком, но тем не менее)

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Upgrade erhalten.
Die Frühstücks- und Abendbuffets waren sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir konnten alle unsere logistischen Dinge nach einer längeren Reise mit dem eigenen Auto sehr gut erledigen.

الموظف المسؤول محمود غير محترم وغير مهتم بالنزلاء ورده للنزلاء عير محسوب
اغلب الحجوزات تتفأجاء بأنها ملغاة من طرفهم مما تكبد في الازدحام والتاخير في الاستقبال مما سبب في مشاكل لاصحاب الحجوزات

The hotel ist right next to the DWC airport, and the shuttle service worked smoothly (3 minute ride). Despite the infrastructure being outdated, the room was relatively clean.
- I arrived around midnight and the two present staff were completely overwhelmed and not sufficiently trained to handle their tasks. It took them 15 minutes to get my data in their systems. They forgot my payment and had to come to my room 10 minutes later.
- At 01:00, nobody picked up my call to arrange a wakeup-call. After 10 minutes waiting in line, I had to get dressed again to then see a long line of desperate 10 people waiting at the reception for their check-in.
- At 02:00, some stupid kids walked the corridor and rang each room to wake up people for fun.
- The room lacks any personality and taste. Rooms have tiled floor and bathroom infrastructure is rather old and worn.

TVs to be upgraded to fully functional smart TV. The screen mirror didn't play Netflix.

the luxury and facilities were good.
I think the managers abuse female members of staff. The staff have been messaging me with emotional blackmail saying I never payed and that if I don't pay again their wages are going to be deducted. They disturbed my grandfathers funeral with constant text messages demanding payment. I'm in the process of making a complaint about this.

There’s literally nothing I could like about this place
Rude and unfriendly staff ( I don’t blame them because the country they came from isn’t developed to teach them how to treat guests)

in first room there was smoke smell and they changed it for us

Hotel is nice, rooms area spacious, breakfast was good (crowded area because of too many people stayed at the hotel but food was good and enough and number of staff was good also), parking was enough, wifi is very good in all locations of the hotel, Gym was good equipped
number of reception for check was not enough, long queue, some of the staff was un welling to help and some others was very friendly and actually offering more services in a nice friendly way (Like Ms April) very nice person.

It is very far from the main city. If you do not have a rent a car or use the shuttle services, it is very difficult to travel from here
Also there are very less food deliveries in this area.
