This property is very well situated and close to most activities. It was well presented clean and comfortable. Our stay was for 4 nights. We arrived late on our first day and the host was very helpful in waiting for our arrival and showing my wife and I around the property. We also had to leave the property very early on our last day to catch a flight and the host was very kind to arrive at 05h30 in the morning for the key handover. I would recommend this property for your stay in Cagliari Sardinia.

There were no dislikes or any problems.

Casa Marina is placed very near the castle. It has its advantages (the top of the hill is closer) and disadvantages (Marina or Villanova are down there and you need to climb to get to the apartment or use buses), but the place itself is very, very nice, comfortable and clean. It is a big flat, looking like on the pictures on Booking. We were 3 friends and it was spacious enough. We asked for 3 separate beds and the plea was fulfilled. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, the set of plates and cutlery, glasses and cups, small moka, few pots and a pan. In one word - you will find all you need coming on holidays. We found fruits on the table and water in the frige, which was a nice welcoming gift from Massimo. You will also find a washing machine there (we didn't use it, but it's there to use). What is very clever, that the kitchen is on the opposite side of the apartment than the bedrooms, so if someone is an early bird will not disturb other sleeping when making breakfast. The contact with the owner - Massimo is easy and he is amazingly kind and open person. He welcomed us in person (and also came in the morning to say goodbye) in the apartment, showed us everything, explained how the equipment works, gave us some tips for staying and also was available by WhatsApp all the time. There is also Enrico, who is not in Cagliari, but was also avaliable on the phone, whatever questions we've had. Both of them are kind, polite and very helpful - great hosts! To get to the apartment from the airport is easy - all directions will be given by the owners. I recommend Casa Marina! :)

There is a bar right on the opposite side of the square, so till about 1 am you can hear the bar noises - mostly people talking and laughing. Also very, very early in the morning (6-6:30 am) the trash is collected, so breaking glass noises could wake you up. Those are the things that are not up to the owners of the apartament, but I think it is fair to write.
