Beautifully decorated apartment, close to the beach. Everything was great. We highly recommend it.

Shower water was cold

Location was good. Appreciated washer dryer access. Happy to have coffee provided.

Directions for entry was not updated or clear. No notice that Electricity/AC would be out for a period. Walls could use a little touch up.

Clean, spacious, had everything from a full kitchen to beach equipment. Staff communication was good. Had a nice rooftop with beach view. Parking available. Safe, gated neighbourhood and community.

Bathroom could use an exhaust, air freshener or scent gels as it had an unpleasant odour. Getting inside the property was confusing. Some keys didn't fit, there were four different lock mechanisms (good for safety) but labelling keys and outlining a step-by-step process would help. We helped other guests as they couldn't figure it out either. The apartment number was not labeled on the door so we tried keys on two different doors. Location: not central to many restaurants but good for accessing other towns (OSJ, Condado, Isla Verde etc)

It had lots of extras like the beach chairs,cooler umbrella also it was so close to the perfect beach

a couple of times the elevator didnt work of course when we were carring heavy things

convenient location for the beach, very nice neighborhood, scooters all around to get to stores. roku tv, beach chairs/towels, cooler provided. laundry room & rooftop upstairs
