A great view and a good location with an excellent price.

The staff was not so friendly.

Lugar muy bonito cerca del centro del pueblo. Puede que tuvieran desayuno gratis, pero no me molesté en preguntar porque comí en Allí no más y también estuvo delicioso. El hostal está en silencio hasta las 8 de la mañana, cuando los colombianos se hablan lo más alto posible para asegurarse de que nadie más pueda dormir.

The staff are lovely, very accomodating. They were available for us to check-in at about 10pm and even gave us a delicious coffee on arrival. They also helped us organise a tour the next morning. The breakfast was really good, also with nice coffee. It’s nice and close to town, easy walking distance. The place is well maintained and has a beautiful view.

I wouldn’t recommend the tents - although comfy enough and affordable, rather than having them out in the open or in the grounds, there’s several of them crowded onto a balcony that doubles as the communal area (hammocks, games, couches). This made for a very noisy night with other guests up all hours playing, drinking, chatting. We were there on a long weekend so basically every tent and room was full - this meant that the place was absolutely packed, and with only a few bathrooms people were waiting for up to half an hour to use one in the morning. I think they might have gone a bit overboard with the tents and could either locate them elsewhere or just reduce the number of them.

The view was awesome! Everyone was so kind and helpful. 5-6 minutes away to the center. The wifi works fine and there is hot water!

The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and nice! The hostel itself is really cool with nice view. Just note it’s a rustic accommodation, nothing fancy ;) Lovely stay overall

The location is perfect, close enough to town (10-minute walk to the central plaza) yet far enough out to be in a quiet area. The view from the hostel - you can see across the valley and out in the distance is Pereira. If you're into hiking there's a relatively easy hike to the Rio Barbas. The hosts provided breakfast and it was more than ample, unlike most hotels and other places I've stayed at. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The bed. The mattress was terrible and definitely needs to be replaced.
