Posizione estremamente comoda, 5 min a piedi da SpaccaNapoli, al duomo, alla metro, fermata dei taxi. La proprietaria, anche se non ho avuto il piacere di conoscerla, anticipa ogni domanda inviando un link come i vari step per accedere alla struttura e singoli servizi. L’accesso è gestito interamente da codice gestibile da tastierino e da cellulare. Il check-in gestibile da link inviato dalla proprietaria di facile gestione e attraverso comodo Tablet all’ingresso della struttura, semplice e rapido, meno comodo da fare in tarda serata. La struttura é come descritta e visibile nelle foto. Comodo, chiaro e gratuito il servizio per il deposito bagagli. Mi sono trovato bene, in zona non manca nulla. Struttura davvero consigliabile

L’accesso al palazzo può sembrare all’inizio scoraggiamente ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, l’ingresso è stato riverniciato da poco, pulito e facilmente accessibile. La gente del posto è piacevole e disponibile. Forse il modello di affitto non lo prevede ma consiglio di far trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua e piccoli oggetti per una rapida pulizia, come scopa, paletta e straccio, magari non servono ma non si sa mai (ad esempio dopo una doccia). In fase di prenotazione non era previsto il versamento di un deposito cauzionale (almeno io non ho notato la segnalazione) ma poco male perché restituito entro 48h.

Posizione tattica e appartamenti confortevoli

Almost nothing

The apartment was dirty when we entered. There was dust on beds and side tables from open windows. The toilet seat and sink had yellow stains. (I still have pictures if needed). The blankets and bedsheets for extra bedding were in a small drawer which smelled like mold, which the host thankfully changed next day. Biggest problem - we were woken up first morning by loud construction work going inside the building. It later started smelling like strong paint inside the living room and we had to go through this white smoke every time we had to go out. This later for good 2,5 days out of 5. We complained about this to host but she just said that she hopes it will finish soon. Shower was not clean and even with the very first time started overflowing due to hair stuck in the shower drain (pics were shared with host). The door didn’t close so water was going everywhere. It’s a filthy apartment in filthier/ghetto neighbourhood. It’s a bad idea - even when you think that you will be out for whole day and just come back to sleep. Surroundings For sure not ideal/safe for women travelers. Things like this construction can be avoided. The apartment should not even be rented during construction days but it seems like it doesn’t hurt sone people to make extra money at cost of others people convenience/leisure/holidays.

The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment was spacious enough for 5 people. You could tell that the owner very much cares and put effort into making it a safe and comfortable stay. The bed and bathroom linens were clean and crisp.

Didn’t like that there was only one remote control for all 3 units of air conditioning, it was a bit of a hassle going back and for and having to re-set it every time to the other’s likes. Also the glassware was quite dirty, we didn’t cook anything but at least a clean glass for water would have been nice. There was no bottles of water or even napkins.

The property was spacious and had everything that was necessary to have a great stay

The 4 sets of stairs to get to the apartment weren’t all that glamorous, especially in the Naples heat

Apartment was clean and adequate, it has all the necessary needs for a stay in Naples, everything is pretty much walking distance as well as it’s quite central. Pina was very helpful also with any questions we had :)

Nothing to complain about

Pina's accommodation was as we expected. The room on the second floor was clean and spacious, equipped with microwave, gas stove, fridge, freezer, even if we were dining outside . I recommend if you want to be immersed in Neapolitan fervor, very central, close to the places of interest.
