The location of this house was perfect. Easily head a few blocks to hop on the running/bike/walking trail. A nice walk down towards OSU campus. Easy driving to other attractions around the city! Must check of Los Agavez Taqueria as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, lots of space. The location was great as it was close to the grocery and plenty of restaurants. The owner was great to work with and easy to work with. He offered plenty of local recommendations and was flexible on checking in early.
The property is on a busy road.
I would highly recommend renting or staying here. Cant wait to return in the future!

A small but effective floor plan. It was comfortable and modern. The air conditioning/heating is fairly loud but you acclimated to it. It would have been nice to have some shampoo as we didn't travel with any.

My friends and I stayed here for our competition. We felt very fortune finding this Vrbo. The home was beautiful, the bedroom had the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on, and communication with the owner was 5 stars! Grocery store was right down the road, and it was a quick drive to the convention center! I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Columbus.

This is our second stay at the property for an Ohio State football game and it was just as amazing as the first time! Perfect spot, very close to campus! The property is exceptionally clean and modern, and communication with Brian was great!! This is my go-to spot for a game weekend in Columbus!!

This well-appointed home was the perfect spot for our game day weekend. We were close to the action to enjoy it when we wanted and escape to relax when we were done with the fun. Brian is a great host and has a beautiful home.

We felt comfortable and safe in the rental! It was very clean and they even supplied coffee and shower products! Comfortable king sized beds. Street was a bit loud at night since it is on a main street near a hospital but we were very well rested and the location was convenient for our weekend activities.

Very nice and clean property. The neighborhood is quiet, but light sleepers shouldn’t stay in the room facing the street because the road can be a bit busy. We came to Columbus for the Ohio State graduation; If you come to town to visit OSU but don’t plan on driving a lot, plan on taking quite a few Ubers during your stay, otherwise there is parking available on the side of the property. There is a Kroger nearby for immediate groceries and the host has a binder with great food and dining recs! Only thing we didn’t like was the amount of laundry we needed to do before checkout, and that someone’s laundry was left behind before we got there. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO was wonderful. Everything was as described - absolutely no disappointments. House is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Thorough instructions available in a binder.

The property is 1/2 of a duplex. It has been beautifully updated and is very comfortable. Appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
This is NOT, however, a residence for people who want to have large gatherings. There are strict rules about who may use the property. My spouse and I were looking for a property to stay at while we visited our son and his wife. We did not have any problems conforming to the house rules.

Wonderful stay ina conveniently located property. Close to shopping, restaurants, recreation trail, but also easy highway access. The Stay was clean, tidy, and spacious. Extra points for luxurious towels - and lots of them. Just a great and comfortable property.

Enjoyed our stay and the host was nice and easy to communicate with… the beds were very comfortable and large. The only downside was that this place is on a noisy street, near a hospital, and one of the upstairs bedrooms is extremely noisy with cars and sirens buzzing by.

The property is beautiful and very clean! The location is perfect and very close to a grocery store. Brian was great at communicating with us for check in and check out processes. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. Our stay was great and we would love to go back again.

We have been coming back to Columbus for a Buckeye game every year for the last 35+ years and this is the first place we stayed at that we are planning to come back to more than once. Very nice home that had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
One piece of advice - if you are a light sleeper this rental might not be for you. North Broadway is a very busy street and the road noise never let up.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Columbus to celebrate his birthday. Brian was such an excellent host! I can’t say enough great things. Everything was very well thought out, plenty of attention to detail, very organized, and the perfect location. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Super Cute House
The house looked just like the pictures! Very clean and well decorated. My mother, sister and I stayed in Columbus for a girls weekend and it was the perfect little house for us. We also liked the location - right off the highway and close to a Krogers and Restaurants. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The property is lovely. Just as advertised. Beautifully put together, spotlessly clean, great location for everything with a large Kroger in walking distance. We were visiting family in Clintonville and it was wonderful. We even had a visiting fawn and doe in the backyard that we all enjoyed watching.
The house is on a busy road but the white noise from the AC was enough for the girls to sleep really well. We barely noticed it apart from in the front bedroom.
As others have said, backing out of the drive on to the road feels intimidating in contemplation but actually the traffic lights on the main road means that there is always a nice gap in the traffic every cycle so no problem at all.
The host is wonderfully communicative and easy to work with. We hope to stay again on our next visit.

Family getaway
We came down for the weekend to visit some family and visit the zoo and COSI. The house was in the perfect location to be accessible to everything we wanted to do. The house was beautiful and clean and fully stocked with anything we could need. We would absolutely stay here again !

Perfect rental for a quick family getaway
Was looking for a place to stay besides a hotel for a weekend trip to Columbus. This property meets and exceeds everything you would need. First off you will have great communication from the owner that leaves little worries for your stay. While the house sits on a busy road, there is a white noise machine in one room so that was a nice plus. The lights automatically turning on when arriving was a nice touch too. Perfect location whether you want a trip to the zoo or to go downtown

Everything you expect and more from a host
You can tell he’s rented properties for years the way everything was handled. There were no questions the entire time, everything was handled via the binder or just having what we needed. It felt like I was supplied with anything I would have had for myself at home. I would definitely use Brian again.

Great location, great house!!
Brian was a perfect host! The house was just as the pics show. Beds were super comfortable. We especially liked the pillows!! We will definitely stay again when we come to the area next time!!

Perfect family getaway
The house was perfect for a family getaway! The house was VERY clean and had everything that we needed. Brian had everything very organized and was great to communicate with. The house was very close to shops, restaurants, activities, etc. It is located on a main road, but he provides white noise machines so we didn't even notice the noise. We would definitely stay here again.

By far the best place I have stayed in Columbus
The first words out of my mouth entering this place were "WOW". It is beautiful and by far the best one I have ever stayed in. Communication was excellent and it is close to 71 and to 315. I live in Delaware, Ohio with my dad so sometimes I just need to get away for the weekend, and this place was hands down the nicest, cleanest, one I have stayed in. I wanted to move in it and stay. There has been a lot of care put into this property and it does show. You feel at home and can relax and Brian is a great host I will for sure stay here again when we have our next weekend away. Absolutely beautiful place!!

OSU Graduation 12/19/2021
This property is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. Property is on a busy road and I am a light sleeper so that was a little challenging. There was 2 bedrooms and only 1 bath which was upstairs. Not sure we could have managed if we had others staying with us. We loved the cozy blankets as the weather was cool during our stay!

Amazing property
The house was amazing inside. Super clean and was the perfect size for our stay. All the TVs were simple to use. Property Manager was great. Answered questions about property as needed and even chatted for a half hour about the great kitchen counters and home design. We plan to stay here next year again during our horse show.

Great Location & Great Hospitality!
We came into town for the weekend for an Ohio State game. The house was in such a prime location to the campus & stadium! The inside is gorgeous, and exactly as pictured. Had a minor issue when we first arrived, but communication with the owner was outstanding, and the issue was rectified within an hour! Would highly recommend, and would 1000% stay here again for a game!
