Everything was great. The staff, Rooms, Hair & body products. Pool was great. I loved how helpful staff was & very friendly. Beds where super comfy & breakfast was great.

I liked the layout of the room I booked

The center table or the stuff next to the sofa had holes or very noticeable wear on it and the wears were clearly visible and looked disgusting to me. The stuff looked old and worn out honestly I did not expect that. Also on the second morning of my stay the water was cold and the boiler was not working and my wife had to shower with cold water in Minnesota winter which is totally unacceptable, You guys need to do better!!!! Also the bathroom had no vent in it smdh.

The cleanliness, the security of the building, & the complimentary breakfast!! They provided breakfast even on Thanksgiving morning! I also had the BEST view to watch the sunrise!

We enjoyed coffee and fresh fruit daily. Common areas were spacious and comfortable.

It felt like a 5 star hotel, the staff were incredibly nice and the beds were very comfortable.

My only complaint would be the $25 to park in the hotel parking ramp, but considering that it’s in metropolitan downtown area and my car car was secure, it’s not a big issue.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. The coffee is good and breakfast is simple but very good with nice options.

The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is just beautiful but my goodness the bedding is awful. With so much invested in the building features, and the lovely bathrooms, I would’ve like to see the same detail going to the actual beds, bedding, comforters, and pillows.it was hard to sleep.

incredibly clean, staff was friendly, amenities were great. kids loved the pool area. parking was convenient.

bar closed really early on a Saturday night (by 10:30).

Generally satisfied with no inconvenience during my stay.

Breakfast menu doesn't have a lot of variety.
