Huge and comfortable room.

Free breakfast was mediocre at best. Mystery meat was un marked. Toaster left toast pale after two cycles.

Its an old post office and the rooms are amazing, almost 30ft ceilings. Location to baseball field and downtown.

Not the hotels fault, but area seems shifty at night. Lot of homeless people in area. Security of hotel was great, so during the day the area seemed good. I would still stay here again.

Rough area. We came for a concert and the walk was sketchy. Broken glass, rotting food, drug use on the streets. Some deep cleaning is due. Extremely disappointed by our room. Picked this hotel for the windows and views and our view from room 511 was a wall

breakfast was awesome, dinner the night before was very good. Nicely outfitted rooms. My goal was to get two individuals with special needs to Union Depot and was thrilled with it being so close so everything went without a hitch.

it’s a great location. the rooms are huge so that’s a plus when you have a group.

the valet parking. it was 28$ a night to valet park your car. otherwise there is no other parking onsite. in the past when we have stay at this location, we were able to go park our own vehicle in their underground and that’s what kept us coming back to this location. not so sure about coming back because of the valet.

Due to the hotel sharing the building with condo units, access is via an intercom to reach the front desk. Once checked in and room key is provided, access is then gained via the room key. Valet parking is available. However, the valet desk is located inside the locked door out of sight of arriving guests. So, if assistance is required for luggage or utilizing the valet service, one had to go searching for the valet. This could have been a one off due to a severe winter storm taking place during our stay. But, if it is typical for the desk to be inside the premises, it seems odd. The pool is well heated and easy to access. However, there is no hot tub which would have been nice after a long day of exploring the city and area.
