The staff was amazing. Made me feel safe and important. Even with all the business men there. We still felt important.

Nothing the hotel can change. The beggers outside were upsetting.

The location was perfect as we were travelling to attend a concert and it was next door. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind.

I have a receipt for $197. They charged my credit card 272. Twice!!! What is going on . i thought booking got me cheaper rates?!#

We stayed overnight locally after our daughter had foot surgery before driving home. The entry was on a busy street and the curb was NOT handicapped accessible. Only had valet parking which was expensive.

Modern hotel with a great location and hot continental breakfast.

Parking is valet only ($35) and my room was not clean. There was staining on the wall behind the sofa, hair in the shower, and a piece of a blue glove on the bedroom floor. I notified the property and they offered me another room. I requested this room ahead of time so someone came to clean my room instead. The staff was friendly and resolved the issue. But a dirty room upon arrival is gross regardless.

Breakfast, room, parking, closeness to the excel center. All exceptional services provided.

All good, no issues here.

The room was comfy and well maintained with an excellent view of the river valley. Staff were super friendly especially to my five year old kid.

The breakfast was only ok but it’s hard to complain too much about a free breakfast. The shower head was also only ok. It got the job done.
