House is in a perfect location for a very crowded Nashville weekend - just a quick Lyft/Uber ride to the main attractions. Home was modern, clean, and comfortable. Chad was a fantastic host - always responsive and caring. Will definitely consider this home for future trips. 10/10 recommend.

My extended family stayed at Chad's home for a Christmas visit. Our stay was perfect--plenty of room for all of us, an easily accessible bedroom on the first floor for my elderly father and a well-stocked kitchen that allowed me to prepare meals for the family as an alternative to eating out all the time. The location was central, which made getting to wherever we were heading so easy. Chad was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and was flexible with check in/check out. All in all, a great experience, and all of us look forward to staying here again!

House is beautiful inside with a great porch and rear deck. Lots of spaces for groups in your family to separate and have different activities. Plenty of consumables (I.e. TP) but bring what you want if you’ve got specific needs. What makes this house great is Chad…quick response to questions, great attitude for service and every effort to solve any issue including things unrelated to the house.

This was hands down my best rental experience! Chad called me ahead of time to go over details and was super flexible with our arrival time! We landed super early and he got us in early which was such a relief. The house was perfect, super clean and has everything we could need. I can’t compliment our stay enough. It was also a great neighborhood and central location to everything we could need. 5 star stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this home. It is very comfortable, safe and extremely nice for all the amenities. The 5 bedrooms makes it so nice for multiple couples and there is so much room for everyone. The owner communicated so well and was so accommodating to our group. He made the expierence so smooth and really knows how to be a great host. It was very close to broadway and neighborhood restaurants. Do not miss the chance to reseve this place as you will not regret it.

We were very impressed with the house overall. It was exactly as stated. Lots of space and the access to the full kitchen with appliances, utensils, plates, plus some food items was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable and loved the patio furniture on the back porch along with the grill. We sat outside and watched the planes take off and land and it was very peaceful and relaxing in the early morning. Very quiet neighborhood and nice. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

This home had everything we needed and then some! First of all, it is absolutely beautiful with well-styled furnishings and decor as well as being spotlessly clean. As a group of 9 adults, this home was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and just a short ride to downtown Nashville. The owner personally reached out before the trip to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew he was available at any time should we need him. It was the perfect choice for a long weekend with friends!

The home was beautiful, very spacious comfortable & plenty bathrooms for our group of 10 girls. Very short Uber into downtown. We even took any easy bus ride multiple times. A few good restaurants walking distance. Chad very responsive. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect for a group of 10 adults for a weekend getaway to Nashville!

This property is absolutely perfect. Everything is exactly as seen on the listing, if not better. The house is immaculate and so well taken care of -- its like staying in in a brand new house. The size was perfect for our party of 7 -- had two people back out at the last minute but had plenty of room for them, too. The rooms are spacious (love the closets!) and have everything you need for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the large living room and kitchen. Chad was amazing to work with. I don't think I have ever had an owner who was so attentive. From allowing us to come earlier than check in (so helpful for those of us who arrived on early flights) to calling before our arrival to checking in while we were there to be sure everything was good. Great to have that personal touch. I have rented a lot of homes over the years and I can't recommend this home highly enough. Book it today!

Stayed here with friends while visiting Nashville. Loved the house. It was perfect for our group of ten. The 5 bedrooms suited us perfectly and there was indoor and outdoor areas that were great for hanging out. The location was just a short Uber drive from all the fun. The house was very clean, Chad was very responsive and the location was nice being only a 15 min drive downtown. We had a group of 12 and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable too!! Would stay here again!!
