Very clean and spacious. Loved the big table with plenty of seating in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

This property was in the perfect location for us to spend Thanksgiving with our Nashville family. We found the house to be very clean and orderly. When I messaged the owners concerning a problem with the heating, they responded immediately. This gave us peace of mind that our concerns would be quickly addressed.

Convenient area with a grocery store right there and a fun "main street area" with lots of coffee shops and other little shops. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Overall great place to stay!!

Well appointted home perfect for several family members staying together. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy, with a great space to gather together. Grocery store conveniently local a short walk away. Many restaurants in near by neighborhoods. We attended the nightly CMA Fest concerts and had no problem Ubering to and from the stadium. The house was very clean and maintained, would definitely stay there again.

Four couples stayed here for three nights and loved it! So clean and trendy, across the street from a grocery store for any needed supplies or food, and most importantly had a bedroom and bathroom for each of us! Great and regular communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great location for our ladies trip! This VRBO is within 10-15 to Broadway as well as to other parts of Nashville. The pictures do not do this place justice!

We came for my brother in laws birthday and this house was an awesome place to stay!

We had eight in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The number of bathrooms was especially great! We were close to everything we wanted to do. Just a quick Uber ride to downtown. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Absolutely beautiful home. Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. The host thought of everything down to the littlest detail for our comfort.

Location is close to downtown with lots of walkable amenities. We could have used a few more towels in the house and there was only one remote for both tvs otherwise the hosts were responsive and helpful and it’s a very cute home to stay in for sure.

This property was great for a weekend! Very clean and plenty of space for our group of 7. Supermarket next door is super handy and great to have coffee & shops in walking distance. Hosts were great and timely to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this property for a wedding where all the family was coming from out of state. There was plenty of room for all of us, and plenty of coffee and cream. It is close enough to Nashville nightlife that Ubers were not very expensive, and also easy to get on the highway. There is a grocery store next door and a couple of restaurants that one could walk to. We did not cook at all as we had family gatherings every night away from the house. This is a good place to rent.

The huge island with tons of seating was our hangout spot in the house. The bedrooms were on multi levels so we congregated in the kitchen/living room. Very clean throughout, and the hosts communicated via email before, during, and after our stay. Definitely recommend this property for a quiet place with tons of space. Was a quick uber ride to the restaurants we chose, or walk to coffee, shops, etc.

There were 4 couples in our group. The house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Very convenient being next door to a Publix!

Beautifully furnished apartment with lots of space in a great location. (Right next to Hattie B’s, Publix and First Watch!) Host was very accommodating and provided everything our family needed. Overall a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend for any group visiting the area!

Our stay was absolutely perfect and the level of communication was outstanding! Very clean, well kept, and secure. With 4 bedrooms/bathrooms and larger family room/kitchen, it allowed our group of 4 couples the privacy we liked as well as a large room to hang out in together. Only a short Uber (5-10 minutes) ride to Broadway and very close to shops and restaurants.

Everything was easy from the start. Great communication with the property manager when we needed to add a day, get a late checkout, etc. Perfect set up for our group…each couple had their own bath. Proximity to the grocery store was convenient for sure. Occasionally a little noisy but tolerable. Would highly recommend this property to others.

The property was better than described. It was easy to check in and to check out, communication was clear and concise. We did not need anything from the owners the entire stay. Everything you could ask for was available in the rental. The entire property was clean and updated.

We stayed for the weekend celebrating our 60th birthdays. We enjoyed the comforts of this 3 story home. We each had our own bed/bathroom which was important to us for privacy. It was a little further away from downtown but enjoyed the comforts and details to the house. Close to some restaurants n walking distance to grocery, liquor, and breakfast. I would recommend to anyone.

The house was nice and clean! The location was good… not in a super busy area but close enough to downtown and 12South that it only took few minutes to get anywhere we needed! Couple of notes: Our group was adults and spouses with our parents. The stairs proved to be a little difficult on them. I thought the kitchen and a bedroom would be on the entry level but the kitchen was one floor up. This was fine for the rest of us so it’ll only be an issue if you have someone that struggles with stairs! Also, access to this house is in the alley so if you do like us and just enter the address into the GPS, it’ll take you to house out on Elliott. (And you may do like me and go to the door and the people inside look at you like you’re crazy ha!) We found it pretty easily after that but just a heads up! We were overall very pleased with the 4 beds and baths, the big table that sat 8 (we play cards) and the location. We also felt very safe and didn’t experience anything that made us feel uneasy!

We enjoyed our stay here while moving our daughter into her dorm. Conveniently located next to Belmont and a short walk to grocery store.

We had such a great experience with this property! I had a few special circumstances and they were worked out with ease and professionalism.
