Clean, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen appliances and kitchen ware, and washer / dryer. - Great neighborhood location, safe, clean and easy to find. - Short walk from the airport, stores, restaurants, and a bus terminal.- Easy walk to the glacier and its network of trails. - 15 minute Uber to downtown

Our 1st trip to Alaska was a complete success. The Evolve team required the necessary information and updates for our stay in Mendenhall Valley. We found this apartment exactly as described and pictured in their advertisement. This property is located in a safe neighborhood near necessary stores, and a short drive to Juneau, Mendenhall Glacier, and Auke Bay. The nearby road was noisy at times, but the provided fan masked this noise during rest time. A little FYI for our fellow Southerners, Alaska doesn't rely on Air Conditioning. We recommend this property to others.

After being asked many times which cruise ship we were on, I realized that most visitors do not fully experience Juneau. Staying at our Explore rental was a great way to get a better feel for the people and place of Alaska's capital city. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxed - a well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and a smart TV for streaming after an exhausting day of sightseeing. The location allowed us to zip into the city center, head to Mendenhall Glacier, catch a whale watching tour at Fishermen's Bend or travel to the End of the Road with ease. Thanks to our hosts for making the trip memorable.

This apartment worked well for our trip. It is located for an easy drive to Juneau, Auke Bay, and the Mendenhall Glacier. The apartment was exactly as described.

Great place to stay. Clean great neighborhood and loved the coziness of the place. Had no problems checking in but is was a little hard to find because it is behind 3026. Had a great time. Would highly recommend this place

The place was okay. However, the bathroom sink was clogged would not drain and there were cobwebs hanging in the bathroom. The driveway had not been cleared and was full of ice and snow, making the walk up very slippery and we couldn't use it becausewe didn'thave a big truck/SUV. One of the wall heaters was broken and would not turn on in the bedroom, which was very cold. It would be nicer if those things were fixed. And first night we were there, no hot water for showers.

Great apartment with lots of amenities. We enjoyed being close to both downtown Juneau/Douglas as well as Auke Bay/Mendenhall/end of road. Everything was clean, comfortable and roomy and check in and out was a breeze with good communication well ahead of our stay.

What a great gem this place is! We rented this for Ironman weekend and it was a perfect location..right across from check in. We were minutes away from all attractions and hikes. The place was clean, ideal size for our group and owners were very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights, apartment was great. It was clean, pretty, well equipped, and even had a complimentary bottle of wine to start the day. Price was great. Owners very friendly. Ease of access to local stores, and the shower water pressure was awesome!!!

Secluded upstairs apartment with well laid out floor plan and excellent amenities! A great space for our family of three. Nice neighborhood and grocery store within walking distance.

The property was amazing! Clean. Comfy beds. Stocked kitchen. Everything needed for a great stay. Super easy access to the main part of town for shopping and dinners but nice to retreat to a quieter part of town in the evenings away from all the cruise ship people. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Well maintained and centralized. There is some traffic noise because it is located on a busy street. Great customer service from the owners.

This is my second time staying in this cozy apt. The kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfortable, as are the pillows! It is in a central location close to great trails and Mendenhall Glacier area. The hosts are very friendly and offer good hiking tips. A lovely stay.

Awesome little place- perfect for two people; we made it work for three.

The property was clean, cozy, and conveniently located. It was perfect to come back to after a day out hiking, and close enough to downtown and area restaurants that you could go back out in the evening without much effort. The property was large enough that we were not cramped, but didn't feel too big. Kitchen and its furnishings were generous, which made the stay that much more convenient. The pillows were so soft and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being adjacent to a larger road, it was perfectly quiet at night and we both got fantastic rest. Couldn't have asked for anything better! We unfortunately only noticed that the hosts provided bear spray at the end of our stay. If we had realized sooner (our fault!) it would have saved us having to coordinate borrowing some from local friends. An essential safety feature, these hosts have thought of everything! Future guests, look for it in the closet.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. Great location so close to the glacier and trails, public library and playground if you have little ones. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Grocery stores easy to get to. And the hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We will be returning and looking forward to our next stay.

This is a great location . Close to Mendenhall glacier area for glass ir climbing expedition and the marinas for whale watching. Kind responsive hosts. Comfortable cozy apartment.

Great apartment, very clean and the floor plan is laid out perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need, even spices. Having a washer and dryer are a plus! Easy check in and nice neighborhood. The owners were great and helped us extend our stay. Would stay here again.
