In Umgebung von Landmark 81 mit vielen Shops, Restaurants und auch Kino, gute Sicherheit und ganz ruhig zur Erholung.

Das Zimmer ist schon degradiert (Tür ist schwer zu bewegen, Einbauküche und Schränke sind schon alt) und die Sauberkeit ist auch ein Problem (ganz viel Staub im Badezimmer, noch Zigarette auf Boden), schwierig bei der Abholung von Schlüssel für die Wohnung.

L’appartement est très spacieux, les lits sont très confortables. Il y a une énorme piscine c’est très agréable.

Big space

Not clean. Very run down. Very hard beds. Aircon didn’t work in one bedroom. Host was rarely responsive to messages and I had to chase her up many times. Showers both leak water quite badly. No hand towels provided, no fresh bath towels during the stay.

If we could rate this place minus infinity, we would! When we were first greeted by the owner, she was rude and unpleasant. Demanded money upfront before we saw the apartment. We were shown 4 disgusting apartments. She made excuses throughout the entire time. The last apartment was no better than the 1st. They have not provided any information about the building and access. They have been super difficult. I had to remind them to send me an invoice. They continue to ignore our requests and ran away when they saw my husband outside the building. They have no idea about customer service. And they've updated the definition of luxury to a confusing level. This place is a scam.

Our initial apartment had black mold in the bathroom, dust, dirty, dent and marks all over the apartment. We were then shown another ones that was even worse. The 3rd one smelt of poo and cigarettes. Our final one was an "upgrade" and yet, my husband spent 5 hours cleaning the entire apartment. The bathroom door does not close. The toilet seat closes on you when you are using it. There's mold on the shower head. Unfinished painting on the ceiling. Dust in the ac vents, shelves, lights and behind the fridge. Cum stains and cigarette marks on the couch. We do not have access to the pool in our buidling. But the owner has said they'll give us access to another building. This is not acceptable! The mattress is old, soft and sinks in. The doors to the balcony are difficult to open and broken. The sliding door has been damaged previously. Only 2 mangey bath towels (from a golf resort) have been provided. We were only given this room because the owner said my husband was being difficult and complaining! When we showed the owner the dust, she would turn away and be on the phone. Nothing is luxurious here. It is false advertising. We asked for some window cleaner since there were fingerprints and lip marks on all the glass doors and windows, it took them over an hour even though we are right next door to the operations/cleaning room. The clothes hangers provided are cheap plastic and wire ones. Dirty kitchen utensils. This place is not a service apartment, it is an air bnb! It has nothing and it is devoid of luxury!

Very good location .The owner change another room better for us next day after I complained about this room .

It was dirty, old finitures , aircon not strong enough for summer.The bed was comfortable.

The location is good

Black mould all around shower base, basin and kitchen sink. Cupboard doors on vanity rotted and falling off. Old toilet seat and lid inside vanity. Television not working. No pool ( as advertised ) available if staying short term . Lam the host was going to rectify issues but didn’t bother to do so. Ants in bathroom and kitchen.
