I’ve been going to Hampton for 20 and staying in several different places. This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most convenient. The owners were super nice and helpful. The linens smell fresh, the fully stocked kitchen was immaculate, and the decor was very updated and modern. We will be back every year!

This condo is literally 2 blocks from the beach but off the boardwalk so was quiet at night. Everyone in the building was nice and respectful to each other. Owners are very nice and gave detailed email about arrival and things about the condo. You have a porch on both sides of the condo so that was nice. Parking spot is tight which they tell you in description but we have a Highlander and fit just fine. Kitchen/ living room area is not very big but definitely sufficient we cooked most of our meals at the condo and there is plenty of pots pans and dishes. There was 3 adults and 2 kids staying. Bathroom is small but was fine. Probably our only complaint would be new mattresses and bed frames would make your stay more comfortable.

Perfect location, perfect set up. The hosts were very informative and let us know that it was open for an early check in. No issues otherwise. The location is great to the beach, good and entertainment. Lots of cute beach shops. Overall excellent experience!

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location, just steps from Ocean Boulevard. As mentioned in the description, the parking is a little tight yet manageable. The unit itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and are quick to respond to questions.

Just as described and within walking distance to everything. Perfect for three or four, might be tight for more, easily sleeps six and if you are there for the beach it is all you need.

Small but cute!

This condo is super cute and close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops, playground and beach. Only 40 minutes away from Salem, which was the reason for our trip. Keep in mind that it’s off season by the end of Oct so a lot of places are closed. We still found enough places to eat and shop.

This property was extremely clean and the hosts were very responsive to all our questions! The location was perfect…close to the beach and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We loved the property - the proximity to the Beach and the concert venue and area restaurants could not have been better. The property was great for our needs - which was sleeping and resting mostly. Boardwalk Inn around the corner was amazing. No issues noted.

Stay location could not have been better for the Smuttynose 1/2 marathon that my daughter and I were participating in. If you are looking to be close to beach and activity this is the place to stay. Park and unless you want to travel to other parts everything in walkable. Owners communication was top notch. Michael notified us when cleaner was done which allowed us to check in early. Access to enter the condo was easy. Very prompt with questions and information. As noted parking is very tight. condo seating in the living area is very limited with a small couch fitting 3 unless you want to sit on stools or plastic porch chairs. As noted you need to have streaming programs to be able to use the TV. Bathroom is very small. Condo was clean and well supplied kitchen supplies. If you want convenience this is the place to stay. Would consider staying again but also will shop options that provide more space and TV without streaming.

The host answers all questions very quickly! Location to beach and restaurants was great. We had a small issue that was taken care of very quickly! We would rent again for sure!

Hi. Cute place for 2 -3 people. Bathroom was extremely small - bedrooms nice and good size. Could use more hooks to hang towels - just too small for 2 teens and 2 adults

Great for one family or 2 couples

We needed a little family get a away to end the school year. This was perfect. So close to the beach and playground. Plenty of good restaurants close by and lots to do!

The location is amazing. Parking is tight but you don't need your car much with the boardwalk only a half block away. The condo is decorated cute with the beach theme. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and were so happy to be so close to the beach! The beds were super comfortable and even though we had a rainy day, we were able to log into our accounts on the Roku and watch some movies with the kids. Everything we needed was there, and there were so many restaurants just steps away. Thanks for sharing your property!

Amazing location right by the main strip in Hampton. So many great restaurants within walking distance. We could even see the ocean from the deck of the property. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Parking was right downstairs which was also convenient.

The week we spent in this condo was wonderful. Very close to the beach. The parking spot so close to the beach was a plus!!! The condo itself is immaculate. The decor was beautiful. The furnishings were very comfortable. Anything you may need for making meals was available in the condo. The attention to detail to make guest comfortable was spot on!! I sent several messages to Michael before our stay and during our stay, he responded back to me quickly, usually within the half hour! Thank you so much for the wonderful week, we couldn't have asked for a better place!
