We stayed two nights. We had purchased a package of cookies and muffins. The ANTS INVADED. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub and there was mold growing around all the jets. Whoever does the housekeeping is ripping the owners off. I feel bad for leaving this review because I have a feeling the owners live out of state and the property management that they are using has failed them immensely.

The place was perfect for us. Disney was very close, walking distance from cracker barrel and tgifridays. Short drive to anything you might need. Wish we had known about the massage place located within walking distance in the plaza. That would have been perfect after Disney. Hoping to stay here in the future. For us, it was the perfect location. The condo we stayed in had all kitchen needs. We were able to cook anything we wanted with ease which saves when having to eat out. A few ants were present but heck who doesn’t have a few bugs it was not a bad infestation.

It was okay-not the best, but not the worst. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen, and on the back porch. The front door was giving us problems so I called the number provided for help. Instead of just talking me through how to do it, they insisted on texting. A major downside was that the listing said their would be access to the pool and clubhouse. This was not the case. I texted the number again to try to figure out the issue. After talking to a resident on the condominium community who saw us struggling to get in, they informed us that the HOA had sent out an email over a month ago explaining that the clubhouse/pool would be closed. That should have been communicated prior to confirming my booking as the pool was one of the main reasons we went with this condo instead of others in the are. The check out procedure tells you to start the dishwasher and the washing machine with any used towels but no detergents were provided. There was also no extra trash bags available. On the upside, it is pretty spacious and it’s in a gated community. Overall, I would suggest going with a different condo if given the chance.

Pros: has large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney parks Plenty of towels Included coffee pot, toaster and fridge with ice maker Cons: pool is open when people would be at the parks There were various bugs, including one roach No spatula in kitchen Needs cosmetic updates like curved shower curtain rods and carpet cleaning Overall a pretty good spot to sleep and hang out if you are doing lots of park days.

This is a nice place. The property was exactly as advertised. No complaints.

Very spacious 3 bdrm 3 bath with screened in porch. Jacuzzi tub in master and box fans in every room were a nice surprise. Plenty of dishes and everything you need in the kitchen (except spatula) Queen bed and twin beds were very comfortable. King bed in master was a little hard. Sofa bed in living room had sheets and comforter.

Awesome property conveniently located within all the fun of Orlando. Easy checking process and attentive hosts. Pictures reflect what you get. Thank you!

however the master mattress needs some help.

This was a very nice condo . Very close to the parks and stores . Only problem we had was they are doing construction in the parking lot and other people was parked in the spot close to us so we had to walk a bit to get into the condo . It was a nice condo for our stay . Anne Knight

We had a quick weekend trip and this condo was perfect! We look forward to coming back for our Disney trips! This is definitely our new spot!

Lovely home, very clean. More than enough space for my family and I. This was really a home away from home.

Everything was fine except the dryer that did not work

Property was nice suited our family very well .Clean and enough room. One TV did not work, but not a major factor because it was in the master bed room and we were to busy to care.

Although the price for this condo was appealing, we were disappointed in the stay. The first thing that we noticed was a lack of overhead lighting. The bedrooms only have lamps, and the lighting was pretty dim. There was only one lamp in each bedroom. The front living area had an armoire but no TV. The first thing I saw as I walked in was a German cockroach scurrying across the floor (luckily it was the only one I saw). The beds were rock hard, and the bedding was as cheap as cheap can get. The carpet in the bedrooms was stained, so we always kept our shoes on. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom would not close and were missing several slats, and there was no curtain to pull closed for privacy. The TV in the master bedroom would come on and just displayed "No Signal" no matter what we tried to do to fix it. But the absolute worst part of the stay was the incessant noise from upstairs. The people above this unit literally stomped on the floor ALL NIGHT LONG. Not just a little stomping like hard footsteps--we're talking full-blown WWE Smackdown. Loud slams, yelling, running up and down the hallway until 3 or 4 AM every. single. night. We texted the property manager and got no response. We called the property manager and got no response. We even resorted to beating on the ceiling with a broom handle. That seemed to just make it worse. To add insult to injury (or perhaps I should say to add injury to insult), every time that we pulled up to the gate to enter the code into the keypad, it shocked the ever-living crap out of whoever touched the keypad. Not just a small shock, either. Although the location was convenient for our stay, we would NOT book this condo again.

The house is more bigger than I was expecting!!!! Me encanto el lugar!!!

3 bedrooms all with TVs but but in 2 bedrooms you cant watch cause we tried but couldnt called lady says there is no cable in those rooms ,no wifi thru out ,tv and masterbedroom cable wasnt working couldnt watch much of anything had a 5 year who was not happy,beds all of them need mattress badly they sleep awful also sheets are awful and place is not clean as it should be i took pictures of all the bugs along sides of carpet in bedrooms and carpet in bedrooms is nasty spots all over ,also washed a load of clothes then the dryer dosent work so here i was with a load of wet clothes I feel what I paid was wayyyy to much I think i should be given atleast half my money back or more
