We really loved how close it was to everything we needed, and the pool was really nice to have! We would stay there again!

Great place for a family get together. Pool was a hit with everyone, especially the grandkids.

Our group of 7 adults and 2 teens thoroughly enjoyed this home. Everyone had room to spread out, and the mix of bed spaces was perfect (even the bro/sis teens didn't mind sharing the bunk room.) Each room has its own TV, the dining table was HUGE with seats for all, and even though the just-opened pool was a bit chilly, we loved sitting around it with our feet in the water, watching the teens splash around. We liked being able to walk to dinner, walk over to the Dollar store to pick up some extra breakfast items, and easily hop on Hwy 89 to visit all of the Page attractions. The host is VERY responsive. We'd stay here again if visiting the Page area!

We had a great stay in Page! The house is spacious and as described. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook! All the rooms have window ac units that were not needed at this time of the year and we wished we could have opened the windows.The pool was beautiful and cold (as expected!) but this didn’t stop the kids from jumping in and having fun!

My family and I were very comfortable during our stay: big kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and we could walk to pretty much anything we needed in Page after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything and very comfortable

The property was generally clean, but the upstairs bathroom was full of bugs flying around, which was disgusting. We were missing beds. When I contacted the owner he told us were the beds are but we couldn't find sheets for them and we got no answers about that. Additionally, during our stay, suddenly a person came in to the back yard and claimed that he is fixing something in the pool. Nobody told us that someone is supposed to come. This behavior is not acceptable. We wouldn't come here again.

Fantastic clean master bedroom/bathroom w plenty of room and very comfortable bed. Downstairs 2 bathrooms had noxious odors and were not that clean along the baseboards. Rooms were supplied w adequate mattresses, but window ac units were a bit inefficient to keep rooms cool (of course it was very warm days during our stay). Main (downstairs) rooms were with clean floors, dirty baseboards & fan paddles. These items were brought to the owner’s attn. She was very prompt with a response and said she would be addressing these issues. The house is located very close to all the Page attractions which was very nice.

Listing accuracy 100%. Pool was beautiful. AC was more then adequate even with the unusually hot temperatures. We would definitely book here again. Very very easy to stay here. Yvonne was extremely helpful.

The home was very nicely decorated with plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location and plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat. Only complaint was that there was not any AC in the front two bedrooms. Other then that it was great!

The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable for all 8 of us. The owner always responded quickly to questions prior to arrival and took care of a very minor issue as soon as we mentioned it. A great experience!

The stay was great, some rooms did not have air condition

This is a beautiful home with room for a lot of people. I knew there was no heater in the pool but was hoping it would be a little warmer in May. Definitely was not warm enough for adults to swim. The upstairs bedroom was amazing!

The house was beautiful! Very spacious!! Yvonne has the kitchen well-stocked with everything I could think of…pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc!! We did have a couple things not working but after a quick text to her, the items were IMMEDIATELY repaired!! Great communication!! Pool is not heated, but was still great to sit by it and relax!! Looking forward to booking this property again!! Thank you Yvonne for an amazing and restful stay!

Our family of ten had a wonderful stay in Page. We came to this home (with not the best curb appeal) and was wow’d when we entered this beautiful home. It was fantastic space with families with small children and couples. The master room upstairs was quiet and HUGE! We were there in the winter and Yvonne had the room nice and warm. About Y’vonne, she communicated well and was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place. Only complaint, the house didn’t have cable but did have a smart tv so we were able to use YouTube TV. Also, some of the rooms only had tvs with dvd players which was mighty unfortunate when the guys were watching football in the living room.

Overall was a good stay upstairs master bedroom was nice. Not all TVs work or have channels upstairs channels were locked for any R or M movies carpet needs replaced Need a different way of heating the place besides using space heaters House needs a complete overhaul to meet a 5 star standard

This place can accommodate a lot of people and has a pool, balcony, grill etc. There were a couple of concerns that we addressed with the property manager at the beginning and were taken care within an hour of contact. That was incredibly impressive. The master bedroom is upstairs and is huge. It actually has 4 rooms and 2 bathroons downstairs. This house was originally much smaller so 2 rooms, a bathroom and the entire upstairs was an add-on. We stayed in October so the weather was cool at night. I am not sure if the window units, split unit, portable ac can keep the place cool in the summer months, but in October it was comfortable. We didn't realize that additional supplies were in the pantry downstairs, but once we discovered that, we were set. The house is right off a main road so it is 0.4 miles to the brewery. Pizza joint, chicken restaurant etc.

The location was great, just 5 minutes from Lake Powell and 10 minutes from the Lower Antelope Canyon (highly recommend) and the house was large enough for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. However, not all the bedrooms have air conditioning and the fans provided didn't do any good. The upstairs bedroom was beautiful, but it was so hot we couldn't sleep. Also, there are no curtains, just blinds, so if you're in a bedroom facing East, get ready for an early morning wake up. The pool was nice, but was dirty and starting to turn green, but the kids didn't mind. Called management and someone did come over to treat it. It cleared up the next day, the day we had to leave :(. Pool toys and towels were provided, so that was a nice touch, the kitchen was fully stocked and the grill outside was perfect and the house was very clean and organized. Overall, we had a great time and even with the few hiccups, I would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to rent and the owners responded quickly whenever we had questions.

The host (Yvonne) was very attentive to our needs and responded to her messages in a timely manner. Our stay was great and was really close to nearby locations like the river and minutes away from Horse Shoe Bend.

My family and I stayed in this house for two nights. Yvonne was wonderful to work with. I had originally rented a different house but it was sold before our trip. Yvonne called to let me know and made it work so that we could stay in this house. The house is clean but it could use some updating. The screen door in the kitchen has some huge gaps at the bottom and top of the door. Maybe it is an Arizona issue but there were a lot of bugs in the upstairs bathroom and a few other areas. None of this would prevent me from renting the house again. It truly is in a perfect location. Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, etc. are all close, and we could walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. It could be an amazing house with a few updates. We were comfortable and content. Thank you!

Really loved staying here. The house had everything we needed including a pack and play/ high chair. The pool was clean and fun! We had a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly. Our family had a wonderful time staying here and look forward to staying again during our next trip to Page. Great location, too!

My group of 9, including 5 teenage boys enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Lake Powell and rented a boat for the day, but didn't want to stay in a houseboat. This location was close to Lake Powell and had beach towels and some pool toys we were able to use for our boat day. I also liked the private pool and that we could walk to Birdhouse, the fried chicken restaurant down the street.

We all love this property so much we decided to make it our place in Page every time we come. There were more ants than we would like this time, but nothing severe enough to spoil our vacation. Yvonne and Rick, you guys are awesome! Thanks!
