What a beautiful condo! Pristine, comfortable, chic….pretty perfect! We did Mother’s Day trip with girlfriends and couldn’t have asked for more. Loved having the golf cart to zip around. Enjoyed the different beach clubs (all individual vibes). Kupuri was our fave. Our chef/housekeeper Yaya was the best- one of the highlights we didn’t expect. She was fantastic!! Concierge service was ok- communication could have been better.

Our family of six loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Punta Mita. The photos do not do this property justice- it is even lovelier than it looks. It is very spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were wonderful. The outdoor shower in the primary suite is amazing. The pool area/outdoor space so beautiful. And the amazing breakfasts by Yaya were such a treat- you feel very spoiled to eat breakfast outside looking at the beautiful views! We only wish there was more time to spend in this condo as we were so busy exploring the many cool beach clubs, the pickleball courts and the village of Punta Mita. There were so many places to explore- the location is amazing, golf cart access so fun and we loved all the variety of different places to check out. We loved it and were blown away. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The layout of the property was perfect for our family. From the comfortable beds (and we are picky when it comes to beds and pillows), to the plunge pool, we enjoyed every part of this home. The golf cart was all we needed to get around for our week stay. My teenage daughters loved the Surf Club, so we went there almost daily. We look forward to staying here again in the future and would not hesitate to book again.

This condo is beautiful and secluded and located facing the Bay side behind the gates in Punta Mita. Our family of four had nice separate spaces in the condo, the kitchen was setup perfectly for cooking or having chef made meals, and the view was spectacular. The infinity pool overlooked the golf course and you could see the Bay in the distance. Very simply, the view and lushness from the outdoor patio are amazing and the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice. Finally, the golf cart was an important amenity to get around the area and into town for groceries. The cons: (which may be pros for some) is the condo is located right above the garage so the noise from the garage (maintenance staff, golf carts, etc.) can be a little loud. And, if you like to stay close to town with local cuisine, coffee shops, and groceries, it’s about a 15-20 ride on the golf cart from the condo. Also, the beach clubs are beautiful but crowded and the food is "so-so" compared to local fish/taco stands, delis and restaurants in town. So, if you prefer seclusion and privacy, and all the amenities that come "creature comforts" from back home, this condo is perfect for you. We prefer being closer to town and the ability to walk to different shops and food options. Last but not least, the host, Adrianna, was very responsive to all of our requests and greeted us upon arrival. The communication was easy and straightforward. Thanks again, Adrianna.

This condo was perfect for us. The location is fantastic, being centrally located within the gated community. We received cards when we arrived that provided easy access to the Sufi, Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs. The provided golf cart was large and comfortable. The unit itself was impeccably clean, the AC units worked great and there was excellent WiFi. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the views of the beach. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back!

Property felt very private when outside on patio. Decor very nice. Small miscommunication on bed arrangement in 3rd room. Came to an agreeable solution. 1 Queen and 1 Queen Loft. Pictures now reflect the unit as we experienced it. JaJa breakfasts every morning were a feast and as a group of 4 moms was nice to feel pampered. Two small things: Showers could use a power wash. And while well stocked, the kitchen did not have a toaster and some of the non-stick frying pans should be thrown out. Chipping terribly. Would absolutely book again.

We always love our stay in Punta Mita. This unit is clean, beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed the plunge pool, golf cart, beach clubs, golf, dinners and of course our delicious breakfasts made by Ja Ja. We hate to leave.

Love the location and the condo was great. The breakfast every morning makes you feel so spoiled. Highly recommend!
