Clean and spacious room

Mediocre beach access. Noisy pool area. Horrible breakfast. Low life expats hanging out around this neighborhood. Spend more to stay in a better place.

This was my 6th time to PV and my first time at this property but not my last. The location is fantastic. Close to the Malecon, across from the beach and near all the amazing restaurants. We had a city/mountain view and eventhough we did not have an ocean view we watched the sunset on the beach or at the pool on the top floor. Service was amazing. Breakfast menu was available in their main floor eating area or room service. Our kitchenette was everything we needed for 10 days. The main grocery store is just a few blocks away. Cleaned room every day. Friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend this property for travellers who want to explore PVs dining, beaches, nightlife etc.

I prefer a slightly bigger pool but plenty of chairs for everyone and beverages available! Great views for whale watching and sunset.

Beautiful rooms with great technology. Clean hotel, no bugs, drinkable water, kitchenettes, wonderful roof top pool with good food. A good breakfast was included daily!

If you don’t book an ocean view, you get all the hall noises, especially other guests entering and existing the rooms with the doors banging. There appears to be only one non view room per floor built on the back of the hotel and the exterior hall walls are built of open brick, so street noise comes thru. Everyone is supposed to wash their own dishes, which leaves one concerned about how clean the kitchen equipment really is? I rewashed everything, which was not what I wanted to do on my vacation. As the hotel seems to mainly attract English speaking tourists, it would be nice if more of the front desk staff spoke some English to provide assistance

The room was very clean and the view of the ocean was great. The kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

We didn't care for the breakfast and the wait time to get a table was long, so we were glad we had a kitchen. Check in was too bureaucratic for our taste. You have to wear a wristband for the duration of the stay and they take a deposit in case you lose your key. It didn't feel very welcoming on arrival. We didn't like the neighborhood nor the restaurants nearby though the beach was lovely and it was easy to take a taxi to the Los Muertos beach area where the shops and restaurants are better.

The third time I’ve stayed here. Staff is so friendly and efficient. Room is clean, large and comfortable. Rooftop pool is awesome.

The staff were exceptiinsional The rooms were well apointed. The maids, esprcially Angeles were very attenive . Rooms were clean & comfortable.

Bathroom coul have had: an extra towel hook, a magnifying makeup mirror and a shower cable.

Close to downtown and the Malecon. Rooftop pool was awesome

We had 2 different rooms while we were there. Make sure to get ocean view as the first room we had faced the mountains on a lower floor and was not great

Great Breakfast and not a buffet. The chilaquilas were fantastic. Very friendly staff and the place was extremely clean. The pool area was never crowded. This is a quiet, personable hotel for folks who want to relax

Shower needs a wand attachment and the shower floor can be slippery

Loved the cleanliness of room and comfort of bed. Loved the room size and the view was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very affordable with a great restaurant across the street.

Little noisy and wish plumbing was better as had to use garbage can . Wish they provided some bottled water and coffee for the room. Room price was good enough so not an issue

Das Frühstück ist an manchen Tagen etwas klein gewesen, sodass wir schnell wieder hungrig waren. Zum Glück gibt es viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung.

La cercanía con todo Puerto Vallarta

Las personas demasiado serias, cargo extra y tratándose de comunicar, cuando en ningún momento lo hicieron y me cobraron toda una noche.

Absolutely fabulous staff. Wonderful rooms. Great rooftop pool. Close to everything. You cannot go wrong staying here. Beach is right outside the door. Staff will book day trips for you. Cannot say enough how wonderful this place is.

the property is located on the same block just a few feet from a disco and there is loud music all night until 2am not able to sleep

Staff was AMAZING! Helped me book a rental car for a day trip up to Sayulita and just generally so friendly and warm and helpful

The breakfast service was quite slow, the serving area is quite small to cater for the amount of customers, would’ve been nice to have aircon in lobby.

Room was large and 2 showers - good for family or large groups.

Breakfast… time could be earlier; coffee could be made available while waiting for service to start; space very limited… the rooftop is underutilized and could be used for breakfast.

breakfast served only after 8am (very late) and also staff were adamant of not letting us check in early. only at 3pm they allowed. though there were rooms available and also they were letting others check in early

Great location across the street from a nice beach. Rooms are spacious with a large balcony and an ocean view. Rooftop pool and bar are a cool hangout spot. Free coffee, drinking water, and breakfast.

The only minor problem was showering created a pool of water on the bathroom floor. I also would have preferred a breakfast buffet instead of plated.
