First and foremost, I cannot stress how STUNNING this property is. Every day I would find a new beautiful thing to look at. We had about 10 guests staying for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Each person had their own bed, which were super comfortable. Every inch of the house was spotless. The manager was so nice and let us check in early and check out later. Her communication was great and was asking to make sure everything was excellent. I could not recommend this place more!

We had a large group of 5 adults and 7 children. The house was perfect for us! Very beautiful and spacious! The 3rd floor bedroom loft area was amazing for the children. All of the beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen was a chef’s dream! The location was easy access to the places we visited as well as in a safe and quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

This is a wonderful home for “get togethers” with family and friends. Beautiful rooms for conversations, a wonderful kitchen and 2 dining areas, great A/C even in July heat. We would book it again without a second thought.

If you are traveling to St. Louis with a large family, this would be a perfect house for you! The kitchen is great for cooking for a lot of people. Plenty of space for privacy or gathering. Would Highly Recommend.

We stayed in this amazing property for a weekend with six adults and seven kids who ranged in age from 3-10. The house itself is like a work of art and we enjoyed just getting to see a place that seems to still have so much of its original character. Beyond that the house was spotless, everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and there was a ton of space for the kids to run around between the fenced yard and the gigantic, open third floor. The host was great to work with, and of course the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants. We highly recommend the house and would stay here again for sure. Big thanks to our host!

The house provided a great base for my daughters wedding, convenient to college chapel and venue. With family arriving at different times, it gave us much more flexibility than a hotel. Large drawing rooms and kitchen allowed all to be comfortable and multiple large bedrooms gave everyone privacy.

Great location in the CWE and a wonderful house with plenty of space for families to spread out while enjoying time together. Beds were all very comfortable and the place was clean and well stocked. We hope to come back for another stay sometime soon. BTW - the cathedral down the street is open for free self-guided tours most hours of the day and rivals some of the beauty found in European cathedrals... its a short walk from the house and time well spent.

We had a lovely time at this home. We were in St. Louis for my daughter's wedding which was on the St. Louis University campus church which was a couple miles away. We had time between the wedding and the reception and the house was a great place for my elderly parents to be able to relax. The house was beautiful, very quiet and the wood trim and details were fantastic. My woodworking brother-in-law was thrilled to see the woodwork. Appointments in the house were adequate for our purposes. Great place and would rent again.

The home was better even than it looked online. Spacious, clean and decorated for the holidays. The owner was welcoming and easy to reach. Everyone had a comfortable bed with plenty of extra blankets during a cold stretch. The only thing missing was a wine opener and we figured out how to use a screw!!!

3 story lovely home in a great neighborhood Lovingly renovated, fully stocked with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable with plenty options for kids. Would totally recommend and stay again.

Love the house and location near Forest Park. The house has so much space and has very comfortable beds. The kitchen and amenities were top notch. We'd definitely pick this house again for our family of several adults and young children.

Rented this house to stay in before and after our son's wedding at the Cathedral Basilica. It was the perfect size for our family, and has plenty of space for a large gathering of out-of-town family and friends in between the Mass and the reception (elsewhere). The huge kitchen bar is great for entertaining. We set all the food and beverage out on it buffet style. Super convenient to the Cathedral Basilica and plenty of "old world" charm to make it a special space for our gathering.

Our extended family of 15 (ages 7-74) had a great time in this lovely home. Very clean. Very spacious. Plenty of bath towels and dish towels. All basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods) were provided. Kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies, food storage containers, and pantry staples. We didn’t need them, but there were plenty of accommodations for babies and children—both sleeping and eating, including plastic dishes and cups. The property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had and the property owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was terrific. This was the best rental experience I’ve had. Note that the spacious 3rd floor room comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 daybeds with trundles (total of 6 single beds). The futon is more suited for TV watching than sleeping. Plenty of space to bring air mattresses if you need more beds. The home is absolutely beautiful and the kitchen redo is amazing!! There was enough space for our family to gather around the large island in the kitchen to chat while food prepping. Beautiful stove and an exceptionally large fridge/freezer and plenty of cabinets and counter space. Having 3.5 bathrooms with 15 people meant a lot of sharing, and turn-taking, but definitely worked. Bring your lawn chairs and yard games and enjoy evening time together in the private backyard. Plenty of street parking in addition to a garage and a very quiet neighborhood with limited street traffic. I highly recommend this property, manager, and owner.

We were searching for a place where everyone can have some fun driving to. We are so happy that this location was nearby everything that we needed. Things for 4 month old baby, 2 toddlers that are 2 along with 6 adults! The house was so perfect enough room for everyone to escape from each other if needed. Close by everything we wanted to do. The host is amazing keeping in contact with you throughout your whole booking and stay! Answering all my questions and concerns. Let me know that the housekeeping was there to get the place ready for us - how nice is that! Checked in with us to see if we needed anything else, WOW! Loved the excellent customer service. Renting the property was smooth. Communication was ok. It was a little confusing with my check in time but overall everything was good.

Our family has not been all together in over a year due to covid. STL is the perfect city as a ½ way point for all of us. This house was amazing!! So much character, plenty of space, comfortable beds. We loved our stay and hope to return!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful large home. Nicely furnished, has a spectacular kitchen, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Definitely suitable for large families. Conveniently located in the central west end. Numerous areas for reading, visiting and entertaining.
