The location was amazing
The hotel feels very dated. We stayed in the West tower, not sure if the East tower is any better. Dust was hanging from the ceiling, smelled very musty.
3.5
Valet parking, the food, the service all went well and everything within walking distance
Was not pleased with the bed/ too soft/ sinks you in

Location
Rooms were dated. My drain to my bathroom sink was clogged when used first time

Location
The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Our room keys didn’t work and had to be replaced on more than one occasion. The check in process was chaotic and unorganized.

View of stadium
Monica machine working on any floor and did not offer to bring us any. Also the refrigerator was out and had no way to keep things cold till next day. There was hair in our shower and in bathroom floor and we had not used the bathroom yet

Location
Check in process our room wasn't ready and we had to get one bed instead of two and it took a long time to get checked in
Bathrooms could use some upgrades - trim and doors are getting worn

Everyone was really friendly.
When I went to check out, I explained to the staff the problem with not cleaning my room.
They comped me one night stay and $100 off my bill. I did not even ask!
The lack of cleanliness of the room.
Staff did not tell me when I checked in that I needed to call everyday to get my room cleaned
The rooms were not clean, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, mirror streaked with some kind of substance, toilet not wiped clean (sometime of liquid on the seat), when I checked in. When asked for a refresh because they did not clean the room, staff dumped my towel on my small table and put refreshed coffee in a grocery bag and did not take the dirty towels.

The location
The room was filthy. I went to move a small glass table that must have been at least 30 years old and felt years of sticky nasty lord knows what on the bottom. There was years of nasty on the bathroom walls. In any other circumstances, I would have ask for a refund and left. It really makes me never want to use booking.cim again.

I loved the view. Almost everyone was friendly.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. Blanket had stains on it, there was hair still on the bathroom floor, and a towel shoved under the sink. Housekeeping practically barged in while we were sleeping. Also pool was cold.
3.5
They texted me and if I had any issues, all I had to do was text them back!!! It was awesome customer service on another level!
Parking situation sucks but it could be worse I guess

Accessibility to city
Small pool, ran out of swimming towels a lot

Great location & room was comfortable
Room was quite small & aircon was hard to get right, also not enough towels for the number of guests
Lifts were crowded & moving between floors was a problem
Our room rate stayed breakfast was included however the following morning were were told only 2 out of 5 people were covered by vouchers & we needed to pay for the others.

Bathroom not clean, hair in tub, body gel had only two squirts left and also the body lotion, outlets on the side of the bed did not work, the lights on the side of the bed did not work, had to hunt for a working ice machine( went to two floors), no one told us about where the amenities where or what was offered to eat … we will not be back

It was around the area we was going to
I use valet parking in the young man that was parking. My car had my car for almost a hour and they couldn’t find my car and when they did find it, the young man was sitting in my car smoking or something that the manager told me I had to speak to Four different people and still waiting on someone to call me and tell me what they did about the situation

The hotel was clean, had a very nice breakfast, the rooms were very clean, the bathroom was very nice and I loved that it was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The backlit mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch. The pillows were great! The staff was very nice except for when our families wanted an explanation for why we were not notified that there would be a room change and that we were not given any other options. The hotel smelled good and clean. The location was very convenient. The valet was so super nice and informative! The ladies at Starbucks were superb and on their game!
The sheets were very loud, you couldn't move in the bed without making a lot of noise. With a light sleeper in the room it was annoying for them to not get a good night sleep.
The place was too busy, we couldn't get a table at any of the eating places in the hotel. People were just sitting and lingering to watch the games it left my family and I having a difficult time trying to find a place to eat at dinner time. We didn't get to sit down and eat until 9 pm off of the property. We chose this hotel for the amenities and all it offered and we were disappointed that we didn't get to experience the hotel for what it is.
The pool was disappointing, it was very small and the pool area did not have much seating.
We picked our room because we were meeting another family from out of town and wanted to stay next to them. So we both picked them out for that purpose . When we arrived at the hotel at 5pm our room was not ready and we found out it would not be ready and they had to change our room. It was not next to them, not on the same floor it was 2 floors apart, and on the other end of the hotel that used a completely different set of elevators. This mishap took up over 2 hours of our night and messed up a lot of our plans. Had everyone on edge and more tired after our very busy day of outings before being able to check in. We were only staying one night and they could not do anything better or more for us. Nor did they offer Our two families were very disappointed, frustrated and not impressed with the lack of communication by the hotel and ability to accommodate us.

The bed was nice
It was very loud until 1am. There was so much noise from ballpark village even though we're on the 19th floor. There was an alarm going off at like 1230am in the stairway and no one knew what it was. And we had to pay for parking.
3.5
The parking was ridiculous, I paid for the room, I should’ve at least only had to pay for parking once….. very upset I had to pay over 65$ just for parking on top of the room. I asked the workers about it and they could not help me. I would not recommend this place just for this, it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking for this much for less than 24 hrs
3.5
Breakfast was not included as part of cost of room so can’t offer feedback on that.
Having Starbucks in building did help.
Valet parking was helpful.
Was able to obtain room with view of The Arch along the Mississippi River.
Enjoyed the roof top 360 restaurant/bar.
Would be better if breakfast was included.
Having learned more about St. Louis during visit would probably book room at Union Station by amusements and other events.
3.5
Almost everything.
I had made the reservation in error and they refused to refund my company. I was there a month before. I multi billion dollar industry, do better. Not like I didn’t show. It was an honest mistake.

This hotel was right across the street from the Busch Stadium, which was beneficial for us since we have two little ones! I loved that there was a Starbucks IN the hotel... overall I enjoyed our stay. It does need a little remodeling, but overall we had a great experience.
3.5
I paid for a stadium view and got the most amazing view of Busch Stadium. So, if you're an avid sports fan. I would definitely request a stadium view. Also, you're about a mile and half from Enterprise Center and a block away from Busch Stadium so you could easily just walk.
For what view I got, I was happy to pay the price, but the fact that you have to pay for parking every day was a bummer. $45 /day for valet parking and $35 /day for self parking. Other than that, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely choose that hotel again if needed.

We were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and he is a HUGE Cardinal's fan. He really enjoyed the view we had of Busch Stadium. Our room was not ready at the appointed 4 pm time prior to the start of the ballgame, but management adjusted our room rate to compensate.
Our room wasn't ready before the Friday night game and we were unable to change into our Cardinal's attire, so we had to go in what we had on. It ended up being fine, but was not ideal.
