Mr Vikas from front desk was really helpful and Mr Vishal as well.There were few requests from my side which Mr Vikas obliged without any fuss.was really helpful.

Didn't permit my cousin to come up to the room, he lives directly across the street from the hotel and refers many people to the hotel. No guests means they don't trust us and obviously can't prove a courtesy to their neighbors who bring them business Also, the guard didn't let me enter the property after rhe Holi festival, I had 2 colored cheeks, nothing on my clothes, hair otlr rhe rest of my body. I ignored the guard and walked right in. 5 minutes later the front desk called me and threatened me if I left color in any "hotel property", totally disrespectful. I'm an attorney and former hotel owner myself, and felt their attitude was threatening and condescending.
