Much larger than I thought. Awesome spot right in the middle of downtown. Food, shopping, entertainment, right there. Will definitely book again for a Grand Haven getaway!!!

Rental was clean, comfortable and completely stocked with everything we needed. Location was super convenient to dining and entertainment. Dedicated parking spot a nice bonus

Fantastic location, walk out the door to town and the social district, walk to the fountains. About a mile from the beach but easy parking there. Close convenient parking. Only real issue we had was that if you run the coffee pot and microwave at the same time, it’ll cause a breaker issue and you’ll lose power to the kitchen. We were able to check in early which was great so we could settle in and hit the beach. There is noise, as you’re downtown near a social district so keep that in mind. We had white noise machines and it was fine.

This place was awesome, my only complaint at all would be the mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced.

We loved the location and lovely apartment—from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the dining and living rooms. We would definitely want to stay there again as long as the queen bed is replaced in the main bedroom—the splats underneath were broken, the box spring was warped, and we weren’t sure if the mattress was uncomfortable bc of this or bc it also needs to be replaced (so we didn’t sleep the best). My wife and our adult daughters also really enjoyed the apartment. Thank you Leanne.

This is such a great location and small apartment. It has two bedrooms, good AC, and just the right amount of space for a family of 4. Everything went smoothly and communication was prompt and easy to understand.

Everything about this property was perfect. Very appreciative I was able to bring my dogs.

This was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to coffee, lunch, and dinner. The splash pad was also very close by.
The AC unit was only in the main living area and the bedrooms got hot without the fans on.
The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work.

Great location! 2 bedrooms & 3 beds were perfect for 4 adults and our dog. Bathroom is updated & the living room was comfortable, especially after a long afternoon of shopping. Keep in mind other reviews- the staircase is narrow and the air conditioning is only in the main living area, but the location is great, plus parking for 2 cars!

Leanne kindly answered all our questions and made for a smooth check-in. The location was wonderful -- we even got to meet Barefoot Dave, who owns the store below and features a "Big Lebowski" rug that really ties the room together. We hope to return next year.

Right where restaurants and coffee shops are, how perfect. Stores had a lot to offer, also. Enjoyed being near the boardwalk.

Great location. The apartment was decorated nicely and very clean. The master bedroom could use a new mattress. Not the most comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Much more room than I expected after reviewing the listing. It is clean and the owner is very responsive. Would highly recommend for small families.

The apartment is in a great spot (it’s a hike to the beach so I’d recommend driving). Apartment has a lot of narrow, indoor steps to get to the door if that’s an issue. Overall, it was a good spot and super convenient.

Had all the amenities at a great price and location when meeting up with family from out of town for the holidays. Could have used additional blankets, but was otherwise very pleasant and centrally located. Very happy.

I know the property can’t control the weather but it was perfect. The apartment was exactly as the pictures. We walked to everything except the Funeral we were there for.

The location was great! We were able to walk to almost all the places we wanted to go. It was great having a parking space. The rental was super clean, nicely decorated and again, great location.

Perfect cute, cozy little place to stay for a family of 4! Right above Barefoot Dave’s in downtown Grand Haven. Host responded promptly to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying again!!!
