We stayed in this home over New Years 2023/ 2024 with our 3 children for 5 nights. It could not have been a better experience. Check in was extremely easy. Host Natalie has very easy instructions and a quick FaceTime to walk us through some details on the house and pool. House is extremely clean and has all the items you need. Great security, central location, high end furnishings, great mattresses and bedding. House is entirely updated-- kitchen, every bathroom, pool and outdoor area, etc. Parking is so easy with attached garage for 2 cars. Outdoor pool area is great but weather was too cool to go swimming. If you are headed to Universal Studios (or many other Hollywood area attractions) this is the perfect location. From beginning to end this was an excellent stay. We stayed at a suite at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco before heading down the coast to LA and our kids all voted the house a better stay than the Ritz Carlton suite.

This is a wonderful house and was the cleanest VRBO house we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in over 20 houses in the last few years). The house was beautifully decorated and a great space to spend time with our family. Natalie is a very responsive owner, who clearly loves her home and takes very good care of the property.

We loved our stay at this property. Check in was easy & Natalie is very friendly. The house is very very clean and comfortabel. When in LA we will definitely stay here again

We loved the house. The location was close to Universal, City walk, Hollywood sign. We could have just stayed at the house the whole time. The kids loved the pool!

The property was a huge, light and open place to stay and enjoy family. The views are amazing and the backyard was a great place to relax, we wish we had another reason to visit and stay again.

The home was beautiful and well stocked. Easy street parking. The stove/oven is a sweet touch for cooking. The whole family enjoyed there stay while we were in town for a family wedding.

Overall great experience staying at this property. Some small items that could be improved are the internet and TV connection that were spotty and connected on and off, and the soft close of the garbage cabinet. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to use the pool.

My husband, son, his husband, daughter, her husband, two children, and I stayed here for a long weekend-coming out for my daughter's wedding. We had a marvelous time!! The house and facilities are lovely. Natalie had the pool heater repair team out just as we were checking in, and they left the pool ready for fun! The location, neighborhood and view are perfect. The kitchen is amazing, with a chef's stove and oven! Don't hesitate to reserve this home!

Natalie was the perfect Host and her home was immaculate! If you are looking for a home that is close most LA attractions Universal Studios, Muhallond Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd etc...this is the place for you!. The beds are comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor area with pool, and you can see the Hollywood sign from balcony and front door! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely use your home again if it's available when we come back to LA!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Everything was spotless! Pool is private and beautiful. The waterfall feature creates a spa like feel. House was extremely well stocked. WiFi worked great. The location is close to everything. Natalie was very friendly and replied immediately to all questions. As a bonus there were items for our use like spices, toiletries, detergents. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Would definitely recommend!

This location was perfect for our trip because we planned activities mostly in the Hollywood area. The house was a good size for two families of 4. Lovely pool and outdoor deck areas.

This property was beautiful from start to finish! The house was clean, great decor and we loved the pool with the waterfall. The balconies had wonderful views of California. Overall a lovely house with good amenities, coffee maker, Sonos sound system. Natalie the manager was friendly, efficient, kind and on top of it. I would highly recommend this property. My girlfriends and I had a blast!

Fantastic property in Hollywood with easy access to all of the popular spots. Had a great stay with the whole family.

Awesome house. Great outdoor space. Excellent communication with Natalie who is the home owner. The neighborhood is very close to the freeway but is actually quiet inside the house. Only wish the neighborhood was more walkable but it’s pretty hilly. Home is well equipped. Especially liked the sonos in every room.

This property was all that I thought it would be and 10X more. Natalie is an amazing host, quick to answer any and all questions. I will most definitely stay at this property again.
