The location was perfect and the apartment was clean!!Also, the host very helpful!!

It would have been good to know from the beginning that the bathroom, although private, was outside the room.Also, that the room was in shared-apartment.

- everything is new, nice and clean - good location

- the hotel has a self check-in. I found the check-in procedures very annoying. They require from you selfies with your documents in hands send by whatsapp, excusing it as safety procedures. maybe safe for them, but definitely not for the sending person. If someone is so cautious, could simply do it personally or send someone. At least one should be informed during booking about such procedures. It is as well difficult if you travel and have no access internet connection. - the bathroom is not in the room

We loved the whole concept and charming modern interior. Thanks for hosting and the amazing homemade breakfest. We enjoyed the mornings at the rooftop terrace with an incredible view to the mountains and the sea. All the cheerful conversations and guided hiking tour offers made the holidays even better than ever expected! Nothing to be claimed. It was amazing. Thanks we will come back soon <3

I think the apartment was very nice with nice kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Quite honestly, while everything was nice, and the staff was very kind, the coldness of the room was quite strong. We had a double room with my father, were very tired and needed urgent sleep. Personally, it was the only day I could sleep well due to travelling complications. We opened the air conditioner before we go for dinner at 8pm. However, because the building lacks central heading and the walls are not appropriate for winter, it might superficially look as of the air-conditioner does some work but no. I was laying in bed until 3 o'clock and was freezing, the only blanket was extremely thin and I didn't have many clothes with me due to being on a 2-day trip. I got a cold that day and I am still extremely sick. Because of that my whole trip was damaged as the next day, I couldn't function properly and had meetings the whole day. The evening of the next day, I could only sleep 3 hours as I had to take the plane. I was literally suffering for the next two days, being also sick. Being a formal attire and had my graduation day exactly on Monday and Tuesday, I am still even more sick. The thing is that the place was really nice but they lacked something fundamental which caused me a series of unfortunate events.

The room was spacious, airy, and clean, and the balcony was lovely to have. Towels and drinking water were provided and the kitchen seemed well-equipped even though we didn't make use of it during our stay. The rooms felt very secure, as you had to go through two locked doors to get to your room, and the private bathroom was appreciated. Gabriel was very responsive and polite. The air-conditioning worked well to regulate the temperature of the room and the building was conveniently located for getting into the centre of town.

The shower holder in our shower was broken (would keep slipping down to the bottom of the rod) meaning we had to hold the shower head, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed was a little soft for me, but that's just a case of personal preference and my partner found it very comfortable. A couple more pieces of art or photographs on the walls in the room would be a nice touch :)

Each room has its own bathroom. It should be mentioned that the bathroom is not in the room, it is separate from the room.

Bath room smelled like the sewers, there was a constant noise from the toilet (water dropping) The common area are big but the room is pretty small.

Bathrooms are separate from bedrooms for most of the rooms and you need to pass through the shared hallway and/or the kitchen, so you constantly bump into other people while going to the toilet. Kitchen is also shared between all rooms and has a single (not very clean) fridge where everyone keeps their stuff. It looks more like a youth hostel than an actual hotel.

Our room and all house was very very clean! The room is modern and romantically Italian at the same time! We enjoyed our stay very much! And also the owner Gabriel is a very nice and helpful person! Thank you!!!

Location close to the center

My stay at Casa Ariston was great. The room was very clean and exactly the same as the description. Gabriele is a gentleman, he helped me, he gave me many super useful tips, he recommended me the best places to eat and visit. Sassari is a wonderful town with lovely people! I really enjoyed my stay here at CASA ARISTON and in Sassari, without a doubt I would choose both again!!

The decoration of the room was nice and the size was ok.

Even though they advertise a private bathroom it is not that private. We had to go through the non private kitchen to the bathroom, open and lock the door every single time with a key. Not convenient if you have to get up and go to the toilette. There were too many bedrooms in a small foyer.

The host was exceptionally friendly. He helped us with the check in (covid times - from a distance). He recommended some nice places to have dinner and on top of that he supported us with an issue that we had with our car. The rooms were very clean and spacious and they were nicely decorated (tip: hang some mirrors in the rooms).

Things you DON´T WANT TO HAPPEN when booking a place: 1. The owner calling and asking you to cancel your reservation because then "he can offer you a better room for the same price" - sorry that's scam! I did not agree because I had those kinds of scams in other countries before and I wanted to leave a testimonial here 2. The bathroom outside of the room - for the price I paid I don't want a "hostel feeling"! 3. Traffic noise in the room (!) - its loud and just not comfi. 4. Unclear payment options - due too remote check-in there is no way to pay besides leaving cash in the room (?!) or doing a banc transfer (like 30 years ago) Due too the weird calls I got by the owner and the unclear payment options I didn't feel safe at all. I would not recommend anyone to book this place and go through all this show.

There is no breakfast which is okay for me anyhow. The location is perfect, very central easy to access and everything you need (shops, restauarants) are close by. Very helpfull owner.

I have only good words for our stay at Casa Ariston. The room was very clean and exactly the same as in the description. Gabriele is a gentleman and he gave us a lot of super useful advice, he even arranged a boat trip for us and recommended the best places to eat and to visit. Even if Sassari is not one of the most touristic towns in Sardegna, it's a key location if you want to travel all around the island by car or public transport. We really enjoyed it and we'll definitely come back :)

I had a wonderful stay. The host is absolutely fantastic and took great care of me assuring that I will have a pleasant stay. The property is brand new, very clean, and easily accessible.

Very beautifully arranged apartment with attitude, new furnitures, very clean and spaciuos, good location to walk around, but still our room was overlooking a street very quite at night and pretty noisy in the morning
